Here are some really cool party themes and ideas for your next birthday party with friends!!!!
Theme 1:
Hawaiian Theme…
When best have this party: In summer of course…around the afternoon to evening
Food/Drinks: Punch to drink and something summery
Invitations: Try to be creative and make some nice invitations to give out that has a summer look
Music: Just have some backround music that relates to the theme (this will make it feel more lively)
Costumes: Get everyone to dress floral (also ask ppl to bring swimmers if u have a pool)
Decorations: Have the party in the backyard and put up fairy lights around the area
What to do:
- Male Flower Hawaiian necklaces
- Have a “who’s the best Hawaiian Dancer” competition (have a prize for the winner)
- Have a Piniarda to hit and play that
- Play put the flower on the nose (and draw a face on a paper first for that)…(have a prize for the person who gets it the closest)
- swim in the pool (if u have a pool)
- Sit or stand around and have a good time (eat drink talk)
Theme 2:
Sleepover party…
When best have this party: In summer…around the evening to next morning
Food/Drinks: Soft drinks and/or juice to drink and pizza pr fish and chips for dinner and pancakes for breakfast
Invitations: Anything that you want
Music: none needed
Costumes: P.J’s?
Decorations: just make sure the room your sleeping in is clean, lol
What to do:
- Watch 1 or 2 movies
- Play a good game of truth and dare
- Go to bed at any time, lol as late as u want
Theme 3:
Karaoke/Dance party theme
When best have this party: Any season except for winter and probably best in the afternoon to evening
Food/Drinks: Probably chips and some other junk party food
Invitations: Something resembling the music dance theme
Music: Put a whole CD together of a whole lot of different songs everyone will love
Costumes: Something Glam (skirts is good)
Decorations: Steamers around the room and a disco ball
What to do:
- Have a singing (karaoke) competiton (best singer gets a prize)
- Dance
- Have snacks time to time
Theme 4:
Celebrity Theme
When best have this party: Any season…have party anytime of the day
Food/Drinks: Probably chips and some other junk party food
Invitations: Decorated with celebrity’s on it
Music: Put a whole CD together of a whole lot of different songs everyone will love
Costumes: Everyone dresses in something similar to what their fave celeb is
Decorations: Steamers and pasters of celebs around the room
What to do:
- Have a catwalk competition on a red carpet (prize to the person with the best celebrity attitude on the red carpet catwalk)
- Play a whole heap of other random games you choose… (like a celeb trivia game or something)
- Have snacks time to time
Theme 5:
Movie marathon
When best have this party: Any season…have party anytime of the day
Food/Drinks: Chips, lollies and chocolate etc. (just little snacks) and a cake for later
Invitations: Nothing special …really just anything u find at the shops
Music: none needed
Costumes: none needed…just dress casual
Decorations: maybe a few balloons around the room
What to do:
- Watch some cool flicks (movies) … 2 movies it good
- Have snacks time to time
- At the end celebrate and sing happy b’day with a cake!!!
