| This was the original Resident Evil game, scrapped by Capcom only after 60% of being completed. It was tossed out because the programmers and other Capcom affiliates felt that it was "Too much like the first game, and the graphics were to block-ish." And thus, Resident Evil 2 was lost. Now, the story was pretty much the same as the actual Resident Evil 2, except that there was a different female character, named Eliza Walker, a motorcycle enthusiest. She was then re-drawn, and thus we got Claire Redfield. Leon was still the same, of course. |
