Alternate Uniforms:
Start the first scenario on the 'Normal' difficulty setting. Head for the police station, but without picking up any items. If you do this, the two zombies in the park outside the station will vanish, and a new one will appear below the steps outside. Does he look familiar? He should do because the new zombie is none other than Brad Vicars, the STARS pilot who airlifted Chris and Jill to safety at the end of the first game.
Brad has now been transformed into a super-zombie who takes 20 hits to kill - so enter the station to grab some more ammo. Return and kill 'Brad', then search his body to find the Special Key. Take it to the save room next to the Dark Room and use it to open the locker containing alternate uniforms. There's a cowgirl one for Claire, featuring a rapid-firing six-shooter; and two for Leon, one of which enables him to shoot one-handed.

Hidden Rebecca Chambers Picture
Search the desk in the S.T.A.R.S. Office 50 times (the one with the poster behind it) and you will eventually find the roll of film which if you take it to the dark room to be developed will show Rebecca in a cute little outfit.

Infinite Rocket Launcher
Complete either of the regular scenario's with an A or B ranking in addition to saving less than five-times.

Camera Smash
Near the manhole cover, turn and face out of the screen and shoot. Bullet holes will appear on your TV!

Unlimited weapons:
Complete either character's second scenario in less than three hours and saving less than twelve times. The submachine gun, the rocket launcher, and gatling gun will be available with unlimited ammunition during the next game.

Auto Focus
For easier aiming, go to the OPTIONS screen, hold R1 and press SQUARE three times.

Unlimited Ammo
Press select and then choose key configuration. Hold R1 and press SQUARE 10 times. The word MANUAL will turn red when the cheat is activated.

Hint: Mixing herb power-ups:
The herb power-ups can be mixed using the "combine" command for
varying, but very beneficial results. This will also save storage
space for holding puzzle items. Here is a listing of some herbal
combinations and the outcomes:

1 green herb + 1 green herb = Full health recovery
1 green herb + 1 blue herb = 20% health recovery and antidote
1 green herb + 1 red herb = Full health recovery
1 green herb + 1 red herb + 1 blue herb (in that order) = Cure-all (full health recovery and antidote)
3 green herbs combined = Full health and more
