| tea lilly wandered further down the library, and came across a book with strange scripting.She presented it to father abbot, and he only shook his head. no scholars have ever been able to figure out how to decode that form of lettering.tea lilly looked at the book curiously.She wondered what it said...that strange lettering was english. The redwall series is written by the british author Brian jaques. He aims the stories towards teens, but it seems redwall is treasured by all ages.The series depicts a peacefull abbey,Redwall located in the mossflower woods, to the east of salamandastron, Mountain of the fire lizards. The abbey is a welcoming peacefull home for any creature, unless the abbey creatures are threatened by vermin, and if they are..........THEY KICK VERMIN BUTT!!!!!!! the series is compiled of many books that all fit together (list of books is in this site under, "order of redwall series") and the heroes usually include, mice, otters, squirrels,badgers,moles, and hares. Some of the redwall books have groups that you may need to be aware of. T.R.A.G.-terramort resistance against gabool, in "mariel of redwall" Long Patrol-a group of freedom fighting hares who protect the abbey and salamandastron. first apearence,"the long patrol" I highly recommend the redwall series to readers who like fantasy, or read the NIMH series. |
