This is our first letter. She has remained anonymous.
Dear Redstitch,
I have bags under my eyes from lack of sleep and water. I find it hard to sleep, and get six hours at the most. I was wondering how I would be able to hide the bags a bit, or reduce them or something. I really don't like wearing make-up, and try to wear as little as possible. Please help!
I think we can help you out a bit. Lets see if this advise helps.
Preventing the bags is what you should be working on, not trying to cover them up when they're already there. Try to get more sleep. If you're a light sleeper, try having a bath with a few drops of lavender oil in it or burn some relaxing essential oils. Sleeping with eyeshades or using an eye-rest pillow for the first half an hour of your sleep could help. Drink more water if you don't like the taste, mix it with freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the day and sip it whenever you think about it. Other than trying to prevent your dark circles, the only thing you can do is hide them with a smudge of concealer dab it underneath your eyes. Concealer will make the darkness less noticeable but the sunken areas will still be visible.

P.S Keep up on the site! It's brilliant!
Hmmmmmmmm, sounds tricky, but not impossible! Well, we all know that when we go through puberty, our bodys start to change - thats obvious. But whats not obvious is that these changes to your body effect your skin. Now that we know the problem, lets do something to solve it. If none of those porducts in our skincare basics page didn't help then you could try something different. Bonne bell 10-0-6 has a range of products for any type of skin. Go to your chemist and check them out. Heres the info-
Tea Tree Facial wash- This mild soap-free cleanser will whisk away dirt and grime, leaving skin squeaky clean.
Tea Tree Facial mask- Absorbs grime, pollutants and oil, unclogs and refines pores and clarifies the complection.
Tea Tree Roll On Spot Control- A fast acting spot treatment effective in the fight against acne. Convenient enough to carry in your pocket for those unexpected break-outs.
After cleansing your face twice a day, to cover them up while the cleanser is preventing them, you you can use mabeline express make-up to cover them up. Although this won't completely cover them, it will make them less noticable.
Remember, if you don't cleanse twice a day, it won't get rid of your acne. And also, these products do not work over night so make sure you've waited a while before you decide whether it works or not.
If this is not enough information, please email us back. Anyone who is reading this, if you have any other advise, please email us.
See ya
