Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients:
3/4 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
2 tbs. dry sherry
1 tbs. finely chopped ginger
1/2 tbs. finely chopped green onion
Combine ingredients; mix well. Place meat in the mixture and securely close. Place in refrigerator up to 6 hours or overnight.
Barbecue Beer Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tbs. oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 cups ketchup
1 (12oz.) can of beer
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. horseradish
In a medium sauce pan combine oil, onions, green pepper, and celery cover and cook over low-medium heatuntil the veggies are tender. Stir in the rest of the ingredients; mix well. Cook on medium to high for 20 mins or until thickens. Will thicken more as cools. Cover and refrigerate until used.
