Britney Spears is everywhere. From the hot cover of Rolling stone, to the MTV Video Music Awards, to her own sold out summer tour. Britney was born on December 2, 1981 in Kentwood Louisiana. She first appeared on the Mickey Mouse Club in 1994 (also starring Keri Russel, Justin Timberlake). Unfortunetly the show was canceled two years later and sent Britney back to her home in Kentwood. For the next few years Britney appeared in commmercials for local restaurant chains but music was her life. When she was 15 she signed with Jive records - a decision that would forever change this southern girls life.

Through Jive a demo tape was produced in the summer of 1998 that had the song You've Got It All and was issued to radio stations across the country. Then in December of the same year Britney released her debut single - "...baby one more time" . With an extremely catchy tune and an eye appealing video BOMT hit number one instantly. Britney, who one year ago was still searching for a producer, was now becoming a the Queen of pop.

With the huge success of BOMT Britney was offered a cover photo shoot on Rolling Stone. Then came "Sometimes","From the botom of my broken heart","Crazy", "Oops, I did it again", "Lucky", "Stronger" and "Don't let me the last to know" (not in especially in that order).
