Did you know… TORONTO MLS is not the same as MLS.ca You should know… The site: MLS.ca is provided by all Canadian Realtors through (CREA) the Canadian Real Estate Association and contains only partial listing information in cooperation with the individual local real estate boards across Canada (ie: TREB Toronto MLS) Toronto MLS is exclusively used by Realtor Members and is required to disclose all necessary information of every listing to the membership. Only discretionary listing information is allowed to be filtered through to MLS.ca for publication to the public and complete listing details are available only through any member Realtor registrant. For an example, not all real estate brokerages allow addresses of their listings to appear on MLS.ca and prefer the consumer phone their office and register their interest.
