Hi, I am wondering if you have seen The new Team Losi XXXT Spec Truck. I have heard it is a great match for the Associated RC10T3. I was hoping for a little more information on the car other than what is on the Losi Website.

Maybe you can help me. Does the car come with various titanium parts, such as turnbuckles and does it come with blue aluminium parts? I am a fan of the Blue Bits.

Also, I race R/C and I would want to put in a Stock Motor and ESC, I was thinking a Green Machine 3 Motor by Trinity and a Novak Super Rooster ESC. What do you think????????

Thanks for your help...............

R/C MANIA STAFF: Yeah, i have seen it, i was right next to the truck I bout (XXX-T non spec). The losi site dosent go indepth with it but I will. The XXX-T spec is a fairly good truck but it does have some differences from the XXX-T. 1st of all it sounds like you think the truck is Better that the XXX-T regular but its not. the truck is made for tracks to buy and use in a SPEC class. it has really neat blue parts (like the reat bumper is blue) but they are no better then the XXX-T regular .. The tires are blue on the spec and black on the Reg. If you like BLue The XXX-t Spec is what you call blue but not good blue just normal blue. no blue turn buckles no blue aluminum parts.

For a stock motor it depends.. If you have a smaller track with almost no long straight aways you want the P2k but if you have a track with lots of long Straight aways you want the green machine 3 so
Green Manchine3-lots of rpm barle any touque
P2k-Lots of torque not a huge ammount of RPM
How much are you willing to spend on a speed control??

ill give you some specs on the XXX-T Spec later but i would go with the regular XXX-T

PS. sorry about the typos i was in a hurry

Hello I am e-mailing you in regards to your website. I thought it was very
informative and educational to my knowledge of RC cars. I have approximately
seven of them. Your site is insinuating that you know inticingly alot about
RC cars. I would highly appreciate you posting my letter on your web site. I
feel it would better yourself and your site in doing so. I will be refering
back to it in hopes to find more exquisite information. I will recomend it
to my friends.

-Rachel Jonson
R/C MAINIA STAFF:THANK YOU Rachel J FOR YOUR E-MAIL AND GOOD LUCK!!!

B3 is a much better buggy than that Losi XXX. There is a lot more background behind the B3, My Brother has a Losi., and it tends to fall apart often, and my B3 is a MUCH faster and better looking car. Everyone drools over it. Just thought I'd throw in my thoughts.... I voted for your site, so keep adding more info..... and learn to spell! heh.

-Big D
R/C MANIA STAFF:THANKS BIG D (MY BROTHER)AND EXCUSE ME I THINK YOUR CAR FALLS APART MORE
AND IT'S THE MAN NOT THE MACHINE. P.S.:LOSI IS BETTER!!!

Dear R/C Mania Staff I just got started in r/c about 3 weeks ago i have a losi xxx that my dad helped me build. i have a Parodox motor and a duratrax streak ESC and futaba reciver. I was wondering where i could race it @ and waht tires too use. Also im very limited on mony.
-John S.

R/C MANIA STAFF:There is alot of hidden cost in R/C unless you an't gonna race it. You have too bye a roar membership and you have to pay a certain ammout evey time u race (usally around 5-10 $) A roar member ship is farly expensive. im not exactly shure how much it will cost for the roar membership. As for the tirers too use on the track i would have 2 know the surface of the track witch you wont know yet. Also Where do you live we cannot tell you where to race it unless you tell us where you live. If and When i get that info we can tell you the rest of the information.....

R/C MANIA I live in paoli Indiana. where can i get the ROAR membership.

-John S.

R/C MANIA STAFF: OK there is a track in Indianopolis and Bedford im gonna have too get back to you on the exact location but i will relay it too you. When you find the track ask around @ the track about ROAR and they will be able to get you the membership on the spot.

THANKS ill wait for the anser.!

-John S.

R/C MANIA STAFF:OK the track in INDANOPOILS is 5692 long st. The beford one is 396 POnD ST.

THANK YOU!!!

-John S.

OK i went too the track and i got a ROAR membership. The track manager said that it was a "BLUE GROOVE" track What tire? Also what does BLUE GROOVE mean?.

-John S.

R/C MANIA STAFF: OK Its a blue groove track so your tires best bet would be the LOSI X-2000 RED compound. unless you want a longer life witch you would want a silver compound.
A "blue groove" Track is where the surface is really hard and you can see a DARK groove in the clay.

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH R/C MANIA YOU ARE THE BEST R/C PAGE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-John S.

LOSI ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

-RC MADMAN

R/C MAINIA STAFF: O....K MADMAN WE have no commemnt hehe.
