| In December 2,1998 Miguel (Stone Cold) and Igor (New York Wigga) decided to have a little wrestling match. No one won that match but thats what started the ASWF of. After that match Igor started his own group and named it DX (his All time fave wrestling group) and Miguel started the Wolfpac. For a while these 2 fractions had many wars and thats when Igor decided to start a fed called the ASWF(After School Wrestling Federation). The first event was held on December 18,1998. On that day Ogpr became the first ever ASWF Champion and Miguel became the first ever ASWF school champion. At that point the ASWF had 14 wrestlers. The ASWF held shows everyday after school. The crowds weren't big but we still went out there and put on a show for the people that did come and watch. Little by little ASWF wrestlers grew tired of wrestling for small crowds and little by little they all retired, but Igor and Miguel wouldn't give up and they kept the fed alive. They had all sorts of matches submission matches, ladder matches, casket matches, reguler matches, hardcore matches and so on.All those matches we better than the last one. Igor occasionally brang in different wrestlers and had guest appearences but in almost every match-up it was Igor in one corner and Miguel in another. After many failed attempts to recruit new wrestlers or get a crowd the ASWF's future was in jeopardy, but still Igor and Miguel wouldn't give up, they still wrestled and still put on entertaining matches. At the end of the school year the ASWF got some very bad news, Miguel's family was moving to Florida. That was the final blow, and after Miguel left the ASWF was closed down. Sometime in December 1999 Igor got a phone call...it was Miguel and he had some good news. He was Coming back to New York in March! Immediatly Miguel and Igor started planning out their return match. And wat a match it was gonna be if everything went according to plan. For the next 3 months they kept talking about it and makin preparations for it and finally March came. The plan was for Miguel to come in a mask in the morning and attack me and that would start of the match. Miguel was not supposed to tell anyone he was comin. He was supposed to meet Igor in the morning so they can review and get more prepared. When Igor got to the Rendevous point Miguel wasn't there. The match never took place because Miguel overslept and by the end of the day everyone knew Miguel was back. That didn't stop Miguel and Igor from having a match anyway and a match they had. Migeul came out the winner. After the match the ASWF was once again closed down. After several months Igor decided to give the ASWF another run and see what would happen. He re-opened the fed and re-named it QWF(Queens Wrestling Federation). |
