| When the rain comes poring down and the lightning exposes your fear They are the ones that will help you through and make your skies seem clear. When you feel like you're all alone and your broken heart just wont mend, The one thing that you can rely on is that true friend. They are the ones that are there forever, no matter how dim things are They're the ones you can rely on like the twinkle of a star. You feel so good knowing that they are there for you. Such a cool feeling of friendship coming from them all When you feel like you have nothing left, your woman's left with your pride There's nothing left here for you to do but run away and hide. You lock yourself away so tight within a shell so messed up as you try to escape from hell. But they come charging through like a load of knites on their horses Giving that helping hand, of the friendship forces. Sharing great things together, forgetting about each others hates. Feels so damn cool, just hanging with your mates. When they are around you, laughter beguins to emerge. The blood of all your pals gets in your veins and starts to surge. Can't explain the closeness you have to each other cause you'll be called a fag, But if ya did'nt have each other , life would be such a drag. Metal concerts, holidays , a drink or having a jam Just another one of the lads is who I am. If I had no friends to turn to I'd be so messed up. It would be so damn shit, I'd be sick to my gut. But they are always there for me, every night and every day. Your mates are always there for you, they'll never go away. They will always help you out, you know that they would, The feeling of friendship feels so damn good. Always there for you to make sure you don't fall Mates every one of you, brothers you all.
