MY LIFE STORY So here's the thing, I'm really only a teenager and a may be being quite dramatic, but I love music. I have practically grown up playing piano, and that was all I was limited to. Recently,though, I discovered a local center for the arts that supports youth produced shows. Now I have never actually produced one, but I have been watching the local punk, emo, indie rock, etc. bands playing there since the 6th grade. I decided to go against everything in my smalltown culture and learn some guitar and drums. My parents hate the idea of it, but that is part of why it is so fun. So far I'm really not good at drums, but guitar I seem to be pretty good at. I guess piano lesson sort of helped with that. I will soon be ready to start my own band, hopefully. It will be quite the adventure. GETTING THERE May 23rd, 2005- I have gotten my first ever chorale solo. It should be interesting. I have been performing my whole life, but I seem to be soooo nervous about this one. Still practicing both piano and guitar. I have also picked up some bass from my sister. A band is slowly forming out of this plan of mine. A few of my friends from the center are just as desperate as me to start a band. That sounds really wierd. People just keep popping up. Unfortunately, i think I should practice a little bit more before we actually start the band. I'll give you some official band member names soon. I have always wanted to say "I'm With The Band."
