Hmm.. I have to admit, even here at the Psychic Pokemon Connection, Drowzee, a psychic pokemon, is sometimes neglected! I mean, when you think of Psychic Pokemon, you think of Mew, Mewtwo, and maybe Abra... but not Drowzee!

First off, how many of you know what number Drowzee of? Well, not much. For your information, is 96! Good ol' 96! Anyways, Drowzee is a balanced Psychic Pokemon. It has Pound and Head Butt, some basic attacks, Disable, Confusion, Psychic and Meditate, some awesome Psychic attacks, and poison gas! And lets not forget the ultimate life saver, hypnosis! This is one well rounded Pokemon!

And if you think its Psychic attacks are weak, remember that Episode where Butch and Cassidy took control over all the Pokemon? Well, guess who they used to do that... Drowzee! Drowzee has been the focus of two Pokemon episodes so far! Hurray! And its evolved form, Hypno, is just plain cool!

Another reason to use Drowzee is you can attain it early in the game! Unlike Abra, you don't have to level it up 5+ levels to actually use it! So by the end of the game, you'll have one mean psychic machine to take out the Elite Four, and you won't have to spend countless hours leveling it, or in the case of Abra, catching it!

Drowzee may look a bit weird, and seem a bit slow, but trust me, this is one Psychic Pokemon you do not want to mess with. So next time you're constructing your team, don't forget Drowzee!
