| Metal Gear Solid 2: Confirmed for PS2 and more. |
The producer of Metal Gear Solid had an interview with a Japanese magazine about the Metal Gear Solid that was coming out on Nintendo's Game Boy. But that's not all he talked about. Hideo Kojima confirmed that Metal Gear Solid 2 is in development for Playstation 2. In addition he mentioned Fall 2001 as the approximate time the game will be released, in Japan that is.
Since it was an interview on the Game Boy version of the game, there wasn't much more said about MGS2 for the Playstation 2. Although Hideo did say that they are focusing more on the feel, control and movement of the characters in MGS2. We expect to have more details on this game when the E3 Expo begins on May 10th, so make sure you keep your eye out on the latest updates.
