I am a 21 year old college student. I think of myself as a seeker of knowledge and understanding. My knowledge of the world is pretty decent, but I thirst for more information on the way things work and how. I find systems and chaos both fascinating and I am particularly searching for a better understanding of religion and spirituality. I don't know exactly what I am looking for, but hopefully I'll know it when I find it. I would like some input from everyone that reads this, for this is part of my story in life. Ultimately, I hope to finish writing a book based on the ideals I discover and the people that helped me along the way. I have a vague concept of the novel, but I need some more direction. Psia is the set of ideals that I have and not really a religion. Mostly involved with the mind and its ability to produce and create almost anything imaginable. I find the mind the most fascinating design in all creation. My goal is to take these ideals to a new level and create something great with the aid of all those involved. |

Well I believe that the universe is run by a great sentience, which I refer to as Psia. Its just this great cloud of reason and logic that developed the rules of creation. It enables form to be given to all things. This also allows irrational thought to be considered rational in a funtioning of its own. In essence it allows all things godly, magical, psionic, and scientifical. Psia set up failsafes when creating the universe, beings with imagination, granting them the ability to think above the norms. Also psia is able to create alternate realities due to the constant state of flux and thus giving the opportunity for anything to happen. The concept of time allows psia to govern the physical world as it sees fit and to allow a sense of accomplishment to those that reach certain points in life. Fear: the feeling people feel when running up against that which they do not understand or have incorporated in their mind as a block to that which is normal. True horror is not being able to overcome fear and expand awareness and living life in solitude because of the unknown. |

More or less not your conventional, everyday definition of the term. My belief in magic is undeniably more psychological in nature than previously set standards. The belief that one can perform magic is based on the ability to harness psia to ones own advantage. More so its making the mental energies reform into the desired effect. Fortunately some magic is so great and some poeple have little to no mental defense that the effects are serious. Although some people are so far out of touch with reality, due to apathy and other various reasons, that magic has no effect on them. |

It's a work in progress, but I'm getting there. |
