2 Cups crumbled corn bread
1 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
3 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup finely diced onion
3 eggs
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sage
Beat eggs slightly. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in oven at 375 degrees until brown. . . about 35 minutes. |
Ingredients:
2 (10 oz) packages of frozen broccoli spears
2 cups sliced, cooked chicken or 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans of cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup shredded sharp American Cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tblsp melted butter
Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender. Drain. Arrange in an ungreased 11 1/2 X 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon jice and curry powder. Pour over the chicken. sprinkle with chees. Combine the bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over entire dish.
Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for about 30 minutes. |
