THQ updates last year's smash hit "Wrestlemania 2000" with WWF No Mercy, coming in Mid-November. With dozens of characters, great new options and more, No Mercy is poised to be the WWF's top game in 2000.

WWF Smackdown 2: Know Your Role (PS)


WWF Smackdown for PS was a huge game for THQ in 1999, and they return with a big followup in 2000. Tons of new chatacters, and improvements on the wildly popular career mode. In addition, THQ promises to clean up the graphics and offer the best game yet for the WWF on Playstation.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (DC)


Certianly one of the best games to come out for the Sega Dreamcast thus far, UFC from Crave combines the fighting engine of the famed Tekken series with top motch gameplay and the rugged UFC universe.

WWF Royal Rumble (DC)


Finally the WWF has come to the Sega Dreamcast! With WWF Royal Rumble, THQ used the same game engine as in Smackdown, but pumped it up. While the game modes are not as robust, there is something to say for having NINE wrestlers at once in a Royal Rumble!

WCW Backstage Assault (PS, N64, PS2)


Electronic Arts debuted their WCW license last year with WCW Mayhem, an ambitious title that had some innovative new aspects, but was overall inferior to THQ's WWF titles. By taking the best of that game, the backstage brawling, and making it the center of the new title, ECW is hoping for a fresh new look at wrestling games. Can a wrestling game without an actual ring be a success? We shall see when the game is released this holiday season.
