RAW Is WAR bulked up to a 5.6 rating this week because it went unopposed.
It had hours of 5.4 and 5.8. It isn't a confirmed victory for WWF over Nitro just yet, because Nitro will air tonight (Tuesday) on TNT.
Quarter hour ratings: 5.0, 5.0, 5.7, 5.8 | 6.2, 5.8, 5.7, 5.6
The Austin/Triple H overrun drew a lower than expected rating. The second hour average was 5.8, and the overrun is where shows get their highest rating number, usually.
As I mentioned earlier, WCW Nitro will air tonight, meaning the television rating will be out Wednesday at the earliest. The RAW number is a good sign of things to come.
