Got a minute? This could very well be the future of Tag Team wrestling in WCW, and the future is now. Two of the most powerful men in WCW, Brian Adams and Bryan Clark have combined to form what may truly be an unbeatable combination. After only a few short months as a team, they've already been WCW World Tag Team Champions, and they will definitely will hold the gold again in short order.
Career History
A native of Kona, Hawaii, Brian Adams first developed his skills in the Pacific Northwest, where he was a heavyweight champion... Adams later became a pivotal member of the New World Order, backing up long time friend Hulk Hogan. ... Bryan Clark wrestled as the Nightstalker for years in both WCW and the Smoky Mountain territory... Clark later became Wrath, the lead member of James Vandenberg's Collection of Human Oddities, a group that included Mortis, later known as Kanyon... Originally members of the New Blood, Kronic turned their backs on Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo when they realized they were being used. ... Took the tag team championship belts from Shane Douglas and Buff Bagwell, daring anyone to take them away from them... Lost the titles to Chuck Palumbo and "PerfectShawn" Stasiak on a disqualification thanks to a rules change by Ernest "The Cat" Miller, who was doing the bidding of Eric Bischoff that night... Currently the Tag Team Champs after defeating The Perfect Event at Bash At The Beach on July 9, 2000.
Wrestling Style
Destroy. Plain and simple. These massive brawlers are hardly pretty in the ring, sending opponents flying across the ring and totally dominating them. Kronic could very easily mean chronic pain for whoever is foolish enough to get in the ring with them... In addition to his power, Adams also has a martial arts background, while Clark could be pound-for-pound the strongest man in wrestling, easily slamming opponents well over 400 pounds!
Did you know?
Kronic has shown absolutely no fear of Bischoff, Russo or the New Blood, coming to the aid of Millionaires Club members Sting, Ric Flair and Lex Luger. ... Clark, as the Nightstalker once substituted for an injured Scott Hall at the 1991 Starrcade Battlebowl, teaming with Rick Steiner.
