| Our services include all the paper work and negations necessary to complete the homeowner's Pre-Foreclosure Workout Program, as well as: Reviewing and verifying the pre-foreclosure application packet. Counseling the homeowner throughout the process on their options and best courses of action. Assisting with the "letter of hardship" and supporting documentation that must be sent to each lender. Submitting the completed workout proposals to each of the homeowner's lenders. Managing all subsequent correspondence required to complete the workout. Conducting the negotiations on the homeowner's behalf between the lenders and other involved 3rd parties. |
