Terry Miller
Terry Miller was a wonderful trooper,
always did good for the department.
Until one night a radio call for backup
near Pleasanton in Atascosa County came in.
He rushed to the scene at the speed of lightning.
But when he got to the scene, he was too late.
The two sheriffs who requested backup were dead.
A tragic moment just happened.
Trooper Miller...was ambushed.
He didn't even have enough time to remove his seatbelt.
Miller is the 74th DPS officer to be killed in the
line of duty.
Trooper Miller is survived by his wife and two
daughters, ages 13 and 1.
