Heres the code.
To get HM08 talk to the guy who gives you the super rod at least 100 times and he will
give you something called a Ultra rod. It fishes for TMs and HMs.
Eventually you will catch HM08.
HM08 is called Super Strength.
I think it is supposed to move buildings
