Yesss!!!! Finally, the Pokemon show creators finally told UPN to get lost! So instead of tuning in to UPN everyday at 3:30, you'll be looking at WB 6 days, yeah, count'em 6 a week! I've seen the commercial, and the new episodes are packing a big punch. Don't worry if you missed a lot, UPN will probably be showing reruns for years to come. Anyway, Ash has/had not very pokemon. Here's a summary:Ash has 6 badges, around 10 pokedex info, and he just left land of the Eggxecutor where he got Charmeleon. He's headed toward Cinnabar Island, no doubt. Of course, to stretch it out, he'll have some wild adventures in the Seafoam Islands. In the new commercial, 2 new Team Rocket members join, Ash finds an ally, and he encouters an Aerodactyl! He falls off it at some point, and Charizard!!! picks him up.
What is that mysterious pokemon? You ask. We have the answer. If you want to know before the episode it is discovered in(isn't the suspense killin' ya?!!) e-mail us at sfgiantswin@yahoo.com
Ash's pokedex has:Pikachu, Caterpie, Metapod, Butterfree, Pidgeotto, Bulbusaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Charmeleon, Krabby, Haunter, Muk,and Primeape.
Just tune in this Saturday (2/13/99) at 9:00 to catch'em all!
Note:From my guess, WB will only play the 12 new episodes they got every Saturday because they don't get exclusive rights until fall, then they'll show Pokemon 6 days a week.
Note:For you WB fans, the Big Cartoonie Show has been sacrificed for Pokemon. Don't worry, there's still half an hour.
Note:I'm not sure that Haunter counts, as all the other pokemon were in a pokeball at one time (Pikachu was in the first episode!), but Haunter was not.
