Clone Items:(do at your own risk)
Put the item you want to clone in the sixth slot in items and go talk to the man that is drinking coffee in Viridian City ,say no and then fly to Cinnabar Island surf on the land/water on the right side you will run into Missigno or "m" run away go to pokemon center deposit 2 twice then deposit all items and then withdraw the item. You should get 99 and 30 items.

Catch Missigno with out screwing your game and catch Kangaskhan with out going in Safari Zone and maybe Mewtwo:

(carry 5 pokemon)Go talk to the man that is drinking coffee say no , fly to Cinnabar Island surf on the land/water and you will find a Missigno(if you find M at lv. 0 it will evolve to Kangaskhan and if you are lucky It'll evolve to Mewtwo!)

beat nugget bridge and go north ,there will be a boy on the ledge talk to him ,he will give you one
Squirtle:
beat Lt. Surge ,talk to Officer Jenny she will give you one.
