Perfect Dark's Rating
First of all, don't get me wrong, this is one of the best games for the N64 system! Before I get in depth, I will tell you what I think the rating for Perfect Dark.
Graphics: 10/10
The graphics are so realistic, you'll think your actually in the area that your standing in. You'll find yourself holding your breath so the enemies can't hear you. Oh yeah, turn hi-resolution off. The framerate really suffers if you turn it on.
Play Control: 10/10
In Perfect Dark, you can choose from many different control options, from the old Goldeneye controls, to Turok style, to using 2 controllers.
Game Design: 10/10
The enemy AI is much smarter than they ever were in Goldeneye, and will make the levels tougher, and fun.
Satisfaction: 10/10
It will hook any Goldeneye fan, and even newbies which don't even know what a First Person Shooter is. Heck, now, it's the only game I play!
Sound: 10/10
I know, I'm a Perfect Dark freak, giving it a Perfect 10 in everything. But it's such a good game! Perfect Dark really takes advantage of its Dolby Pro Logic Surround Sound. If you keep your ears peeled, you'll hear the circling hovercopter, our the enemies.
Weapons
Since this is a first person shooter there are obiously going to be weapons. I will now explain all of the weapons.

Unarmed
RPC: N/A
Made by: N/A
Secondary function: Disarm
Fire rate: Medium
Even without a weapon, you still have a weapon, your fists. When in the secondary function, you can disarm people's guns and use them against them. In solo missions, however, most gaurds have an extra Falcon 2 on hand, so be careful.

Pistols
All pistols have doubling capability. they deal more damage per shot than automatics, but fire much slower. Maximum pistol ammo is 800 (not counting the clip). Maximum magnum capacity is 200.

Falcon 2
RPC: 8
Made by: Carrington Institute
Secondary function: Pistol Whip
Fire rate: Medium; Secondary: Slow
You can get this gun in every single level, by disarming a guard. This is an accurate gun and trustworthy. You start most of the missions with this or the other upgrades of the Falcon 2.

Falcon 2 (silencer)
RPC: 8
Made by: Carrington Institute
Secondary function: Pistol Whip
Fire rate: Medium; Secondary: Slow
They added a silencer to the Falcon 2, which means that this is a good weapons for covert operations.

Falcon 2 (scope)
RPC: 8
Made by: Carrington Institute
Scope: 2x
Secondary function: Pistol Whip
Fire rate: Medium; Secondary: Slow
To increase the accuracy of the Falcon 2, they added a scope, which makes the gun even better.

Magsec 4
RPC: 9
Made by: Chesluk Industries
Scope: 2.40x
Secondary function: 3-round burst
Fire rate: Fast with trigger pull; Secondary: Fast; slow between every 3 rounds.
The accuracy of this gun stinks, even though it has a scope. The accuracy suffers even more in the secondary function.

Mauler
RPC: 20
Made by: Skedar
Secondary function: Charge-up shot
Fire rate: Fast with triggur pull. Takes about 2 seconds to charge up in secondary function.
In multiplayer the charge-up shot usaully kills in one hit. It is a very good gun.

Pheonix
RPC: 8
Made by: Maians
Secondary function: Explosive shells
Fire rate: Fast with trigger pull; Secondary slow
The Pheonix is much more effective in the secondary function.

Dy357 Magnum
RPC: 6
Made by: Datadyne
Secondary function: Pistol Whip
Fire rate: Slow with trigger pull
This is the most powerful handgun in this world. Notice how I said THIS world. Each bullet does an impressive ammount of damge, and forces them back a little bit. The pistol whip is slightly more effective than the Falcon's due to the extra weight.

Dy357-LX
RPC: 6
Made by: Datadyne
Secondary function: Pistol whip
Fire rate: Slow with trigger pull
This gun was custom made by Trent Easton, and it has a tiger skin handle, it has a velocity optimized bullet that are designed to shatter the inside of the enemy. Translation: Every shot kills in one shot.

Carrington Institute
This is your base of operations. It is three floors in all. I will now explain the Carrington Institute.
Dan's office: Nothing you can do here, except maybe you can talk to Dan. It's on the left of your office.
Hacker Central: Here there are two computers. The one on the left explains the characters and the story of Perfect Dark. The one on the right shows the cheats you've gotten. You can also access this from the start menu, but there you go. To reach this place, go past the first elevator, and it's the next office.
Device Lab: Here, you can test the devices in the game. Either press start inside the device lab, or use the computer where the 2 other people are. Here is how you beat them:
Data Uplink: Grab the uplink off the table, then equip it. Now walk over to the other computer and press Z. It will unlock a secret door.
ECM mine: Grab the ECM mine from the table, then equip it. run through the secret door you unlocked last time and turn right at the fork. Go forward and you should see a computer screen above a small wall you can't get over. Throw the ECM mine on it and your done!
CamSpy: Grab the CamSpy off the table. Go through the secret door and turn left. You should see a ventilation shaft. You can crawl through, but let's practice using the CamSpy for now. Activate it, and go through the second left. Follow down the ventilation shaft and you'll see a red grate. Open it, and holograph either PC.
