I Have Tried This Code And It WORKS!!
O.K.,Put in the infinate money code and then put in:
01A27CCF
and at any Pokemart you will find an item called Rival's!
Now you can walk through walls!! Go up to a wall, turn sideways, use Rival's on a Pokemon, it won't have any affect, now press B 2 times to get back to the main screen.
Press the control pad in the direction of the wall, and now you're in the wall!!!!!

SURFING PIKACHU:
1 Put Pikachu on the top of your list and make sure his weakest attack is placed on the top.
2 Save Your Game
3 Input the Gameshark Code: (013972D1) This code will replace Pikachu's 1st attack with SURF
4 Go into a battle to make sure Pikachu has SURF.
5 Fly to Fusia City and make your way to the area where the land butts up next to the water, and enter the house.
Note: You can also get Mew by doing certain things on pokemon stadium. Read the pokemon stadium cheats section to find out how.

MEW ON YELLOW VERSION:
To get mew on the yellow version you have to open up surfing pikachu first. Next play the surfing pikachu and set a record. Then catch all 150 pokemon and go get the certificate thing from the guy in the town that tells you to come visit him when you get all 150, I think the city was Celadon. Then go to Vermillion city and go the house that had the thing where you could get some kind of weekly prize. It will first say the contest form is missing, or something like that. Click it again and it will say that you got the entry form. You then will be able to get mew from there a little later. You have to walk around and go back to that house to get mew.
Note: from what I have found this can only be done on yellow version only.
