in the game go to viridian city and talk to a man near the top that will ask you if you are in a hurry say NO let him show you how to catch pokemon then imeadiatly fly to cinabar island then walk towards the sea on the right hand side and surf up and down half on land half on sea. you should fight over level one hundred pokemon and misingo and m if you have an item in position number 6 the item will be duplicated.

if you catch m and use a rare candy on him he will evolve into kangascan.

to fight a bulbasuar you must pick a squirtle and do the same as the first you may be able to fight him (this is not gaurenteed).

to fight safari zone pokemon out side of safari zone go in to safari zone walk straight out again and surf to seafoam islands then surf up and down half on land half on sea you should be able to fight them.
