Mikan's two Magnemites shouldn't give you that much trouble, especially if you grabbed a Geodude earlier in the game. She just uses Eletric. But watch out for the Self Destruct anyways I don't think she will use it :P.
The new steel type Pokémon, Haganail, is five levels higher, but you should still be able to take it out.Once you beat Mikan, the Steel Badge is yours.
Next head back to Enjyu City, the one with the Ghost gym leader. Then exit east from the city using the Route Gate and you'll come across Mt. Suribachi on Route 42.

Remember to talk with everyone on this level, even if they don't face you. And look on the computer.

You need to talk with everyone on this level as well, and look on all of the computers. After opening up the door with the bird inside, defeat the trainer and then talk with the bird.
Then head back to the 2nd level, and open up the door. Fight some more, then fight the Electrodes.
Lance will thank you and give you HM06, whirlpool. What this does is destroys whirlpools so you can get passed to get ot Lugia and finally the desturction Lugia cause is horrible and you can't get passed it without HM 06 Whirlpool.

Special 1.-Team Rocket - Radio Tower
We're comin back again to the Radio Tower in Kogane ya'hear?
Now the other floors of the Radio Tower that were not accessible before, now are. Unfortunately these floors are reeking of Rocket. The first part of this chore is easy enough. Just fight all the Rocket's and make it up to the top. You'll see a locked door on the third floor, but this will be opened later.Beat the main Rocket leader at the top of the Tower. He'll give you a key that will unlock that strange blue door that was locked in the underground passage of Kogane.
Special 2.-Battle with Rival
Oh great you don't have time for the stupid rival.Oh well anyways he's gotten twice as better then before. But,hey look, your Rival somehow got passed the locked door, and he wants to fight this time. Nyuura is one of those new Dark type Pokémon (Psychic has no effect). It looks like a cat.His starter Pokèmon evolved into the final evolution. Now if your Pokèmon is in the 2nd Stage I'm would say this...."Death,Death,& Butt Whippin"..

Next you will have to press switches to open doors and remove walls. To get to the Female Rocket leader you must push the switches in this order: the Left switch, then Middle, then the Right one. After you beat her you'll find 3 guys stuck on the bottom floor of the Kogane Department Store. Talk to them all and one will give you a card key to unlock that door that acually REALLY said we'd unlock later, hope you've been reading.
Special Edition 1. - Eevee!
Free Eevee inside Don't forget to stop by this house in Kogane City to get your own complimentary Eevee. Have a slot open for it though or you won't be able to get it.
You could also buy an Eevee at Game Corner (for 6,666 coins). But do you know who gives you the Eevee?Bill does! But um..I'm wondering whats he doing in Kogane City perhaps?...He's much older indeed and gives you a free Eevee instead of the S.S. Anne ticket
Note 1. - Go unlock the door and beat the rest of the Rockets including the male and female Team Rocket leaders.
Note 2. - After that then next, head back to Choju Town and enter the Ice Cave.
__________________________________________________________________________________________
18.Ice Cave -Damn its freezin cold!
Special 1. - Icy Mazes
The Ice Cave shouldn't be too hard to get through. There is only one real tricky part, but PikachuPikablu made this map to help you get through it.
You'll find some new Pokémon in here, a small mammoth like thing called Urimuu. There's also a shy bird called Deribaato. But mostly there's HM 07...Waterfall.
Special 2. - HM07,Waterfall
You can find the last HM, HM07 in the Ice Cave. This HM lets you ride up waterfalls.now isn't this a relief?It isn't? geez let's move on then..It was for me o.O;;
__________________________________________________________________________________________
19.Fusbue City - Dragon Gym is near...
Special 1. - Aiy! TM,& HM Repairs!!
Say yes! There is a guy in Fusube City that will erase TM's or HM's from your Pokémon. Just talk to him and he will ask which move you want deleted.
This is very useful since the HM's in this game are used more regularly. So having all the required Pokémon at the same time with these moves and having your normal fighting Pokémon is hard to do. So eventually you'll give in and teach one of your good Pokémon an HM. But don't worry you can delete it later!
(Krabby can learn Cut, Surf, Strength, and Rock Breaker, but your Krabby won't be useful unless it learns either 1 or 2 HM's or TMS...)
Special 2. - Oh god.....erm....Now the good part the Badge
Fusube City Gym - Badge 8
Note: If you can't get into this gym because of a guy blocking it, you have forgotten to beat something earlier in the game, most likely you have not been following this Walkthru and came straight to this page. In that case, click the back button a few times down there at the bottom of the page to see what you missed.
Before battling Ibuki there will be a small puzzle where you have to push 3 Rocks into holes to make paths over the molten lava below. Not to mention trainers to fight.
But eventually you'll make it to Ibuki. Her Dragon Pokémon can be taken out with Electric attacks, like Denryuu's Thunder Punch. Kingudora looks like it evolves from Seadra, but again Electric attacks will take it out.
Note 1.-After defeating Ibuki, you won't get a badge. First you must surf behind the gym and enter a cave.

Prizes: $4000
Special 3. - Getting the 8th Badge from Ibuki
Inside you must surf around. You may encounter a Dratini every once and awhile. You'll have to get passed a whirlpool, so bring along your Pokémon that has HM06 equipped. Once you find the lone Pokéball and pick it up, Ibuki will come along and give you the Raging Badge. Now all Pokémon will obey you. She'll also give you TM24.
Now, go back to Wakaba Town and talk to Utsugi and see whats going on.
__________________________________________________________________________________________
20. Wakaba Town - Master Ball,Lugia(Silver),Houou(Gold),& Pokemon League.
Special 1. - Professor Utsugi
When you get back in Wakaba Town talk to Utsugi and he will give you the Master Ball!
Now that you have this, you can go catch Houou (Gold) or Lugia (Silver). But I wouldn't use the Master Ball just yet on one of these quite...mahahahaha..
Special Edition 2. - Houou Gold Version
Houou - Gold Version
Houou on the rooftop. Houou is really easy to find compared to Lugia. Go back to Enjyu City and go into the northern house. Go in all the stairs and you'll eventually come to a tower. Go inside and go to the top and you'll find Houou.
You better save your game before fighting Houou, because like Mewtwo, there is only one. Houou is only level 40 so using the Master Ball isn't a good idea. Here's a guide for Houou's Tower...But I'll make it later because I don't have enough time.
Special Edition 3. - Lugia Silver Version
Lugia - Silver Version
Now your wondering when you need HM 07 Whirlpool right? This is the time for it,Lugia is a little harder to get. You'll need a Pokémon with Surf, one with Whirlpool, and one with Flash to get to Lugia.Go to Asagi City and surf south trying to stay as far to the right as you can. There is 4 entrances to the cave where Lugia is so if you follow the wall the first one you come to is the one you need to enter.
Once inside go to the right and choose the top path when it comes to a fork. Now you'll make your way to a waterfall, go down it, then surf up and you should find Lugia swimming in the water.Lugia is also level 40 and will give you 1257 experience points if you beat him. But don't beat the freakin crap outa Lugia, because its damn rare.Again, using the Master Ball at this time isn't wise I'll be telling you soon.
If you wanted to know, Lugia learns Hydro Pump at level 44 so isn't that surpizing?I don't even think so though.I don't even have time for Lugia's Cave Guide!
__________________________________________________________________________________________
21. Route 27 - Its a Map Card
Special 1. - Map Card
Get your Map Card Talk to the fat guy when you reach dry land. He'll give you a new map card expansion that has the map of the original Pokémon World from Red, Blue, & Yellow.
Next you'll enter a cave that has a waterfall. Surf up it and then down the other side to get out of the cave.Next you'll surf east some more and encounter more trainers when you reach land. There's new Pokémon to catch and trainers to fight. Before heading onwards, there is a house with a woman who will heal all your Pokémon for you.Head north and you'll eventually reach Victory Road, quite amuzing Victory Road....Hm..
__________________________________________________________________________________________
22. Victory Road - Road,Sweet,Road.
Special 1. - Almost there... Whoop...
Eventually you'll make it to the "other half" of Victory Road. This half is much more easier because there are no trainers and no puzzles.
But there are a lot of Pokémon in there that will give you grief if your Pokémon are not leveled high enough. Graveler, Onix, Rhyhorn, Golbat, and a giant bear named Ringuma (there's a large ring on it's stomach) are what you will find in here.
Strangely enough, when I was playing and leveling up my Pokémon before I battled the Elite Four, I ran into a shining silver Rhyhorn. I don't know what's so special, but whenever it goes into battle it sparkles like the Golden Gyarados, and as you can see in its stats, it has 3 stars next to it's gender like the Golden Gyarados. The Silver Rhyhorn i think is a cool one just like Golden Gyarados desripction except its not loney?Who knows.'cause your da witness now.
Special 2. - Perfect Place to Level Up for your RIVAL
The Pokémon in Victory Road are perfect for leveling up your Pokémon before the Elite Four. The Graveler give you experience points in the 600's, Onix in the 500's, Rhyhorn in the 600's, Golbat in the 700's, and Ringuma in the 800's.
The best place to do this is at the end of Victory Road where the exit is because you can go up to Indigo Plateau to heal your Pokémon. But before you reach the end your Rival will battle you one more time. Now when your Pokémon are about level 50 or so I think it is a good time to take on the Elite Four if your brave enough....But I recomend good defense. These Pokèmons are killers.

23. The New Elite 4
Special 1. - Heal and Buy
Just like in Red, Blue, and Yellow, you will fight the Elite Four and Pokémon League Champion one after another with chances to heal your Pokémon in between.
So I suggest before you go up the stairs to the first battle, buy the item that will restore 200 HP. They don't cost that much, and you will most likely use them sometime during the match.
Special 2. - Under Construction PKMN LEAGUE.
Anyways the Pokèmon league Guide will each have their own page anyways.......Because somethin went terriblly wrong. But I couldn't quite say the truth..
Itsuki-Psychic(Duh o.O)
Koga-Poison(Ok..)
Bruno-Fighting,Ground(He's baaaaack being a LOS-ER.)
Lance-Dragon,Flying(He's back again,but pissed.)
--------------------------------------
Special 3. - The End?..................
The End
Congratulations you have become a Pokémon League Champion. Your mother and Professor Utsugi will come and congratulate you and Lance will go into the back room and enter them in the Hall of Fame. Then you will watch the credits and see "The End."
However, this is not the end. There is more to do.Now you can explore the world from Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow with Gold & Silver improvements...
TO BE CONTINUED...Its personal....
__________________________________________________________________________________________
Old Worlds
So you beat the New Elite 4,big deal you'll need 16 Badge to complete the game. How the hell 16? no way!,but that's your saying.Because theirs 8 more Gym leaders. You remember in the Red,Yellow and Blue versions the Old Gym Leaders..They have a new life and new Pokèmons.Your gonna explore the Old,Old World.Cause you passed the "New World"..
But the Gym Leaders look A LOT different then you think they look....Yet incredible.
__________________________________________________________________________________________
24. Vermilion City
Special 1. - Revisiting the Old World but on to Vermilion's S.S. ANNE!
Go through here to get to the SS Anne So you've beaten the Elite Four and still are itching for more things to do?
Here's what's next. Go talk to Professor Utsugi in Wakaba Town and get the SS Anne ticket. Then head to Asagi City and enter the SS Anne through the passage that was previously blocked by a guy.
Now that you're on the SS Anne you can go around battling the gym trainers aboard. To get off you first have to find a man's little girl who is with the captain of the ship.
After that, beat one of the sailors on board and then talk to the captain again. Then to get off the boat, go up to the guy near the door and you'll exit into Vermilion City!
IMPORTANT Note 1. - If you decide to go back onto the SS Anne for a second time you must go to your room and sleep in your bed if you ever want to get off the boat again.
Special 2. - Lt. Surge,New looks.Can you remember him?
Lt. Surge's Gym You won't have to do Surge's stupid little trash can secret switch puzzle to get to him. You'll have to fight a couple guys though, but you should do it anyways to gain more experience.
Lt. Surge's Pokémon shouldn't be too tough. Especially if you have a Rock or Ground Pokémon like Graveler or Sandslash. Dig or Rock type move should render his Pokémon helpless.
After you beat Surge, he'll give you his badge
Lt Surge has a Raichu on Level 44
Lt Surge has a Magneton on Level 40
Lt Surge has an Electrode on Level 40
Lt Surge has an another Electrode on Level 40
Lt Surge has an Electabuzz on Level 46
Note 1. - This is simple.Just use a ground type Pokèmon and you beat the hell outa Surge.
