| Codes for Red/blue versions: MissingNo. : go to viridian city and talk to the guy that was laying down in your way earlier in the game. talk to him and say No to his question. after he gets done showing you how to capture a pokemon fly to cinnabar island. now surf up and down the half land half water section thats by the gym. eventually you will run into a glitchy pokemon called MissingNo. (or it might have scrambled letters and M in its name)you'll be able to tell when you are going to run into missingNo. because it takes awile before you see it ( takes about 10 or 25 seconds untill it will show up on the screen) DO NOT CAPTURE IT! it is a glitch that and if you capture it it might delete your game or cause some damage to your game. if you don't capture it it shouldn't hurt your game and if you have won against the elite 4 and you look in the Pokemon Leage hall of fame thing on the computers in the pokecenters the pictures will be all messed up. Lots of items: put an item that you want to have lots of in the 6th spot on your item list. now do the missingNo. trick. after you run into missingNo and either defete it or runaway from it you will see a little glitchy sign and a number. Now you have lots of that item! Pokemon over LV.100: Do the missingNo. trick. when you surf down the half land half water spot at cinnibar you will run into two pokemon over LV.100! the 2 pokemon are differnt in every game.Inact there might even be 3 instead of only 2! (my blue version has 3 over LV.100 and none of my other versions do) If you get lucky you might have mew in yours or someother rare pokemon. to capture these high leveled pokemon you should do the lots of items trick and use the masterball as your 6th item. that way you'll get lots of master balls and you can capture the pokemon! But if the pokemon gain exsperince points they go back to LV.100 if you don't care you can just do that or if you want to keep it over LV.100 only use it to fight in cable link battles against your friends. Man on the roof of the cinnabar gym: surf in the water and come out of the water so that you can walk right in front of the gym door(you have to make sure you don't have the key to the gym or else this won't work) when you walk in front of it it will say "the door is locked..." and then you will see a man on the roof ! Codes for Yellow version: Cut the grass: this isn't really a code exactly but here it is anyways: when you are in the grass and you don't want to fight the wild pokemon there just use Cut and it will cut some of the grass!
