Missingno!
To get Missingno, you have to talk to the old man in Viridian City. Say no. He'll show you how to catch a Weedle(Wow, he's got 50 Pokeballs). Fly to Cinnibar Island, surf on the east coast so your pokemon looks half on land half on water. Missingno will mess up the game if you catch it.

99 of an Item
Follow the steps in the above code. Just put the the item you want to duplicate in the sixth place in the item list.

Pokegods!
Beat the Pokemon League 30 times straight without talking to any body besides the nurses in the Pokemon Center. Then,when Professor Oaks comes on the 30th time he'll say "I'm getting tired of this" and he'll bring you to a city where people swap Pokegods.

Get Mew!
1. Buy the Magikarp for $500. Go to the place where you can leave a Pokemon to raise levels. Take Magikarp out when it gets to level 50.(Not proven to exactly work.)
2. When you get to the ST.Anne, don't let it go. Trade with a friend for a Pokemon(s) that know surf and strength. Surf to the right on the board. Move the truck away with Strength. You'll find a Pokeball with Mew in it.

Cloning Pokemon
First, you'll need a friend and a link cable. Next, setup a trade, like a rare Pokemon for a common on. Then, the person with the rare Pokemon turns off his/her Game Boy while "Waiting" appears. Then the one with the common Pokemon turns off his/her Game Boy. Restart the Game Boy with the common Pokemon and the common Pokemon will be erased for the rare Pokemon.

Catch a wild Eevee!(red)
Go East of the robbed house in Cerulean. Surf to the Power Plant. Go to the place where Zapdos was. Look around the place. You'll have a 5-10% of finding an Eevee.

Skip Seafoam Islands!
Surf South of Pallet Town.

Fight Safari Zone Pokémon near the Seafoam Islands
Go into the Safari Zone.
Exit back into the city.
Head south towards the water (Rt. 19) and SURF to the Seafoam Islands.
Stop right before you reach the shore.
Line yourself up so it looks like your Pokémon is on both the ground and in the water.
Keep surfing up and down and you should eventually encounter a Pokémon from the Safari Zone.

The 100+ Code
100+ Items or Fight Pokémon with levels 100+
Put the item you want increased in the 6th slot of your Item List. (Warning: Only put items that can be sold in this slot or your game will mess up or even delete itself!!!)
Go to Viridian City.
Head North, towards the Old Man that gaurds the exit of the city.
Talk to him and tell him "No" when he asks if you are in a hurry.
He'll demonstrate his Pokémon catching abilities on a Weedle (Wow, he has 50 Pokéballs)
FLY directly to Cinnabar Island
Head right, to the Eastern Coast of Cinnabar.
SURF up and down the coast (half in water, half on land)
You'll fight either a Level 100+ Pokémon or a Level 0 or 80 MISSINGNO. (His name is messed up)

If you fight a Level 0 or 100+ MISSINGNO then run away or knock him out for the 100+ items code to work
Note: You will only run into 2 different 100+ Pokémon. It depends on what you named yourself. You might also only run into 1 100+ Pokémon.
Useful things to use this code on would be for Rare Candies and Master Balls, amongst other things.

Raise Your Pokémon's HP
Beat the Elite four with a Pokemon.
Heal it at a PokeCenter.
Put it in the PC.
Take it out and its HP and stats will have risen
This works for Lv100 Pokemon, too.

Mewthree???
First get Mewtwo, then go to the nicknamer in Lavender Town. Nickname Mewtwo Boston. Then go to Rockets Game Corner. Stay there until Mewtwo gets poisoned. DON'T LEAVE. Stay till Mewtwo faints, look at your stats, you should see Mewthree.
