To get Safari Pokémon without having to use Safari Balls, Go to the Safari Zone and go to any patch of grass and just wander around. Just take your time and when you're done, fly to Cinnibar Island or Surf to Seafoam Island and surf up and down the right coast and eventually you will find Safari Pokémon. This is the best way to capture Tauros or Kangaskhan. Also by doing this, the rarity of the Safari Pokémon are the opposite, so for example, Kangaskhan would be common and Nidoran would be rare. Cool huh? I found that out while I was playing. I ran into a lot of Tauros.
To get Missingno you just Surf up and down the right coast of Cinnibar Island and you just run into him at some time.
Capturing Missingno will damage your game save and mess up your Hall of Fame. Just kill or run from him.
If you want to Duplicate items, you must set the item you want to duplicate as your 7th or 6th item in your list. (Best if used with Master Balls and rare candy.) Go to Viridian City and talk to the guy that blocks your way and say that you're not in a hurry. Watch him capture a Weedle and Fly to Cinnibar Island and Surf on the right coast of the Island 50% on land and 50% on water, and you will run into Missingno. Run from or kill him and check your item. The item you copied has a block and a number next to it. You duplicated an item. Use it and you might not even run out. If you do, do it again.
Holding Up+B on your gamepad right when a Pokéball closes will increase your chances of capturing a Pokémon. It actually makes your Pokéball stronger by the next level. Pokéball to Great Ball etc. But it won't make your Ultra Ball a Master Ball.
There is an invisible PC in the Hotel in Celadon City. Go to it like it was in a Pokémon Center.
There is another way to get lots of money than just piking up nuggets along the way. You can Duplicate your Nuggets or your Rare Canies by using that trick up above and sell them at a PokéMart. Rare Candies cost more than Nuggets. Sell them and always leave one left to duplicate. Keep doing this and you get a lot of money.
There is no way to get 1,000,000 as money on the game. The limit is 999,999 so you can't buy a bike.
There is a way to get Cut (HM01) without the S.S. Anne leaving port but there is no way to get Mew this way or any other way without a Game Shark. To do this, you must talk to the captain, do what you have to do, and get HM01. Once you do that, find a trainer you haven't beat, and let him/her beat you. You will end up at the Pokémon Center and you can see that it hasn't left port. If you go in and come back out, the S.S. Anne will leave.
If you want to buy a large amount of one item buy three. You will discover that buying items in groups of three is free or the store pays for. I got many expensive items like this.

Getting a Metapod, or a Kakuna, that can attack:
First, you must capture a Caterpie , or a Weedle, before they're in level 7 (level 7 is when they evolve into Metapod/Kakuna) *Note: In doing this, you do not get Harden.* Yet another note: They will only stay in Kakuna/Metapod for three levels,after that you get Butterfree/Beedrill.
How to get easier exp. points
Get a pokemon like A stupid one.Then put him first on your pokemon list.Switch it in battle with another one whoi is Stronger!!Beat your opponent and both pokemon will get exp. points. |
