One day Charmander was walking in the woods and he suddenly stumbled across an egg, Charmander who was the curious type did what we all would have done he picked it up. Charmander spent weeks carrying the rather hefty egg around. Until finally he got fed up with waiting for it to hatch so he dragged it to a cliff and then set it on the edge he stepped back and just when he was about to scorch the egg it hatched!

Charmander not knowing what to do stepped back and hid behind a bush. While behind the bush Charmander was in awe of the way it brke the shell and how it tried so hard to break out. Right before it hatched charmander saw a wild Zubat coming in to kill this strange egg. Now Charmander was very protective of things and well he knew he had to protect this strange little egg so he BLASTED the Zubat with a burst of fire from his mouth.
The new creature Charmander found was Togepy.

Now Togepy never quite had the strength to break its shell so its body has never been seen. Also whatever a Togepy see when it hatches it thinks it is his mother. So guess what Charmander now has to worry about one more thing.
Charmander and Togepy had now become best friends and now they do everything together.
One day Charmander woke from a deep sleep and found that Togepy wasnt there. So Charmander went search all over the place.
It turns out that the adventurerous Togepy was in a bush studing a Caterpie. The Caterpie got so annoyed it wrapped Togepy in its string and took it home but got so annoyed he just left it lay 10 ft from the house.
Charmanders and Togepys adventures continued until the day when Togepy left his "home"and embarked on new adventures.
