WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE SOSHIKI?
Since our ring has now grew to more than 3000 members, I've just changed a bit of things so I can maximize traffics to ALL members! That's right! ALL the members in the Soshiki can have equal amount of chances to receive traffics. You see, it used to be the earlier members (like id 1-50) who got the most hits and noticed just cuz they're placed at the top. Well now it's different. I have placed ALL the new full members to the top of the ring for a week (just to give a little boost to their traffic), and the order of the ring will rearrange itself every week. The sites in the ring will be placed in such a way that sites with lower hits will be placed before and behind a higher traffic site. This way, all members can receive as much hits as possible. This is the first & only webring that features this rearrangement! It's just one way to show how much the Ringmaster cares for their members.

ICQ SKIN -- FOR EVERYONE!
A lot of people complaint to me that I only give members cool stuff. Well, here's something cool for everybody! For FREE! If you have ICQ98 or ICQ99 (Go to the ICQ page to download a version) then here's an exclusive Pikachu skin for your ICQ. What's a skin? It's a cool background pic for your ICQ, so it'll look more personal! This skin is made by yours truly, the Ringmaster, and it's only available from the Soshiki. That means you won't find this skin anywhere else! The rare Pikachu pic was scanned by me so it's very original.

System requirement: You must have either ICQ98 or ICQ99a AND ICQplus for the skin to work (Download ICQ Plus). This skin was designed for C:\ProgramFiles\ICQPlus\Pikachu\. If you don't see the image then you'll have to relocate them yourself. If you're having any problems setting up this skin feel free to ask me (a help page will be set up soon!).

ANNOUNCEMENT -- JULY 27
The Ringmaster is on vacation from July 1 to August 17, so licences have to terminate for now. I'm actually in Hong Kong right now, enjoying the nice weather (and shopping around of course!).

My summer vacation is almost over...I'll be leaving this coming Sunday. When I get back, I'm gonna get a new laptop, and install all my graphics program so I can start making licences (cuz my old computer is officiall dead). I'll have to get my U stuff ready too...so I'll be even more busy after I get back. :*(

Before I leave HK, I did my last chance to look for pokemon stuff (the rarest ones, of course!). And I did too! I've found another missing episode, and this time I have A LOT of images for you! I've bought the VCD several days ago and I will start making that episode page very soon! Also, I've made several menu buttons for this page, and some sort of a new look will happen to the Soshiki soon, probably in a couple of weeks. What else...I've bought more pokemon cards! I've got 4 editions: Jungle, Fossil, Gym Leaders, & my fav Team Rocket! I also bought a lot of special pokemon metal coins, each coin comes within a pokemon grape juice. I'm thinking of making trades with my ring members, cuz these coins adds extra SP to your card game (more instructions will be given). One more thing, I've bought 2 pokemon anime series manga, and some series are never before seen! When I have more time I will try to translate them to you (cuz they're in Japanese and I don't know that much).

Special info for ya!!! Today, I've bought 2 anime series pokemon manga (which means 2 cartoon series comic books). One thing I found out is that the gym leader Brock is replaced by someone new...meet Kenji (english name not known yet), the new character who accompanies Ash's pokemon adventure! I don't have a scanner so the only thing I can do for you is to draw a sketch of him (it's a bit messy but that's all I can do with a mouse). Kenji is a pokemon sketcher, sketching rare pokemon whenever he gets the chance (but he usually sketches them with their female pokemon trainer...probably caught it from Brock). Some info about Kenji, he's as tall as Brock, and he looks like he's 13-15 years old. He really admire and respect Dr. Oak, which he never met till he started his journey with Ash & Misty. Kenji has really cool pokemon! He got Venonat & the cartoon never been seen pokemon Pikablu! Yes he got Pikablu, and from that I got some info in Pikablu too (will give it to ya soon!). Let's give a nice welcome to Kenji (I don't know what happened to Brock).

Recently I've been playing pokemon pinball like crazy, and I will be making a subpage on the game too! So stay tuned!

But I still need all the help I can get for adding the queues, and any FULL members can have access to this. PLEASE! Many members have asked me how to get a Soshiki Patrol badge, it's quite simple. All you have to do is successfully add a queue site to the ring and the badge will be given out to you. Don't forget to link that badge to your email so other queue members can contact you to check their sites!

THE MISSING LICKITUNG EPISODE
This is it! The missing Lickitung episode guide is here, available from the Soshiki only! Thanks to my cousin, who told me the story from beginning to end, as detail as possible. Here is my translation of the episode, cuz it was NOT in English. Copying and posting this episode guide from this site is NOT allowed. The only thing you can do is to link to this site (if you want to tell people that this info is available).

Before I start the story, there's something you need to know (a little Japanese culture lesson):

In Japan, there's a holiday named Girl's Day on March 5th. On this day, every guys must listen and obey the girls, and each girl gets a doll in which she place it on a staircase-like wooden rack, with all the other dolls on it. Each doll is dressed in detailed traditional kamono. There's a special dish for that day, and also all the girls dresses in glamorous traditional kamono (don't worry, there is also a Boy's Day, which comes a month earlier than the Girl's Day). But in this story, the girls did not dress in kamono. It is because of this cultural fact that they didn't air this episode (which they should have cuz it's a funny episode). Anyway, now that you know, let's begin our story!

**This episode is before the Farfetch'd episode**

One day, Ash, Brock, and Misty walks into a city. Since it was March 5th, it was Girl's Day. Misty and all the girls in the city went on a massive shopping spree (including Jessie)! When Misty was done shopping, she commanded Pikachu, Ash, and Brock to carry her shopping bags. At the side, Jessie commanded James and Meowth to carry her stuff.

While Jessie was taking a rest, browsing over her load of clothings, a wild Lickitung walks up to her. The Lickitung was so hungry that it flung its tongue out and licked all of Jessie's new clothes into its mouth. Jessie screamed, and when Lickitung thought the clothes tasted gross and spat them out, Jessie screamed even louder! Looking at her spat-out, expensive brand clothes, noticing that all her clothes are wrinkled and soaked with saliva. Jessie got SO mad that she whipped her pokeball to Lickitung and captured it.

In another scene, a Girl's Day competition is being held. The winner gets a 9 Girl's Day dolls (except this time are pokemon dressed in kamono). Misty said, "Ash, Brock, you two must lend me your pokemon." Ash & Brock must listen to her cuz she rules that day. So Misty took Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Vulpix, and Starmie. Jessie took Arbok, Weezing, Meowth, and Lickitung. Then the battle begins!

The girls splits in two groups. In one group, Jessie and a girl battled. Jessie used Arbok while the girl used Primape. Primape launched a punch, but Arbok bit on its fist and poisoned it. The girl yelled, "Oh, my Primeape!" while Primape's face turned green and fainted. As for Misty, she kept using Pikachu for all the battles (and wins, too).

The final round is Misty vs Jessie. Jessie first uses Arbok, and Misty used Pikachu. Pikachu uses thundershock and Arbok fainted. Jessie then used Weezing and Pikachu uses thundershock again and Weezing fainted. Jessie then used Meowth, Pikachu places its tail on Meowth's charm and used thunder on him (much like the move Pikachu used on the Togepi episode). After Meowth fainted, Jessie used her newly caught Lickitung. Pikachu was going to use thundershock on Lickitung, but Lickitung used its tongue to wrap Pikachu, and used the tip of its tongue to lick Pikachu. Pikachu paralyzed and fainted instantly. Misty then used Bulbasaur & Vulpix (in that order), but ended the same way as Pikachu. Misty was about to call out Starmie, but as usual, Psyduck came out!

Misty kept calling Psyduck to go back but it didn't listen to her. Lickitung didn't wrap Psyduck, just licked it, chin up. "Psy" said Psyduck, turning its head to the left. Lickitung licked its face again. "Psy" said Psyduck again, turning to the right this time. Lickitung licked its face once more. After that, Lickitung start beating Psyduck's head with its tongue. After a while, Psyduck's headache got out of control and it used it psychic power to raise Lickitung up in the air more than 10 m, then drops it. Lickitung fainted and Misty won.

Misty got the dolls, which is all packed up in a box. Pikachu was really happy because his doll was at the top, with a Clefairy doll beside him (at the top of the rack, two dolls, a male and a female, are placed beside each other). She sends the package to her home gym, Cerulean City Gym. Misty said that her 3 older sisters will be proud of her. After that, they continued their journey.

In another scene (sunset), Jessie got really mad because she lost, and James & Meowth both dressed up like those dolls (in kamono) and told her not to get mad, because they know that she'll beat them up!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SOSHIKI PATROL!

Well...a lot of the Soshiki Patrol are getting lazy so I will give the Soshiki Patrol badge to anyone who wants to become a Soshiki Patrol (available once you've added a queue site). Basically anyone who is a full member of the Soshiki can be a Soshiki Patrol, meaning checking and adding sites to the ring. Please don't add sites that does not have a banner, pokemon-unrelated, or any provokative languages (ex. swearing). The added site will have your record on so if you added the wrong page I will take you out of the ring immediately (to start adding sites, please loggin from this page).

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FULL MEMBERS ONLY-- June 3, 1999
The day you all have been waiting for...YES! The original, official licence page is once again up! The one you see here is the Ringmaster's personal trainer's licence! Now you can get one too! Just go here (for full members only)! But please continue to help clean the queue out. There's still at least 1400 of them & if they get too out of control then we'll have to terminate the licence again. I cannot make licences right now cuz I'm on vacation and plus my graphic program screwed up...so I'm waiting to get a new computer and get the software in again.

It's from the new Pokemon OVA Mewtwo Strikes Back. Pretty cool looking, don't you think (movie will air in North America sometime in August or September)?
