How to be different Godzillas
Rather than beat the game, try the following at the monster select screen to play as:
Godzilla-1st: Hold L and R and press any button.

Mecha Godzilla: Hold L and R and press any button twice.
Beta Godzilla: Hold L and R and press any button three times.
Godzilla (U.S. version): Hold L and R and press any button four times.
Minilla: Hold L and R and press any button five times.
Dr. Serizawa: Hold L and R and press any button six times.

How to get a cast of Godzillas, old and new:

To unlock Godzilla-1st, play through the game using basic Godzilla.
To unlock the Godzilla from the new US movie, play through the game using Godzilla-1st.
To unlock Minilla, play through the game using Godzilla-USA.
