| To get pikablu you have to have a bottle which you get by the water by the Unknown Dungeon somewhere. You have to use the Move TELEPORT back to the Cerulean Pokemon Center. It should say you found a bottle. Go to the Items and select it. It should show you exactly where Pikablu is. He is supposed to be in the middle of the water inbetween Cinnibar Island and Seafoam Islands. Some people said that they Battled it and used a master ball on it to capture it. I think those aren't true, they are just rumors . |
