DISTINGUISHING FEATURES:Has a tail that looks like a meowth's tail and looks like a furball.

attack anything.

OTHER INFO:Evolves into Raichu with the thunder stone.Pikachu is considered the most capricious and hardest to tame.Pikachu is one of many Pokemon that hates getting in their Pokeball.It keeps its tail raised to moniter its surrounding.If you yank Pikachu's tail, it will try to bite you.When several of these Pokemon gather, their electricity could build and cause lightning storms.Pikachu's thundershock can paralyz the enemy in one hit.

Every year, several thousand people attempt to become pro Pokemon trainers.1000 applicants.But only 20% pass the test to become pros.200 pros.And after that, only 5% are able to stay active in the league for more the 6 seasons.That makes 10.

Pokemon:The name for a mysterious species not recorded in biological taxonomies.Subspecies include animals,grass,insects,and a variety of other life forms.Due to similarities in genetic and cellular structure, they most be considered a single species.When drawn in the capture device, known as the Pokéball, Pokemon become portable.
Thus, the appeal of Pokemon has spread to people throughout the globe.Although some have appropriated these containers to keep Pokemon as pets, the Pokemon contained can be very dangerous... Therefore, only fully licened trainers and breeders are permitted to handle them.

Pokemon Trainers License:

Applicants muct be over 10 years of age and are required to attend a half-day training session before qualifying to take a brief test.Those who pass this examination recieve the license.Only licened Pokemon Trainers may legally perchase Pokeballs.There is only one more aspect of Pokemon that must never be estimated... POJEMON EVOLVE!

Evolution:

It takes terrestrial creatures millions of years to evolve into a different form.Pokemon can transform radically in a very short period of time.This ability to adapt to their enviroment so rapidly is an incredible achievment!But the source of the ability to evolve is steeped in mystery.
