GOKU*- Goku is the main character from Dragonball(Z)and is married to Chi-Chi. Goku has two sons, Gohan who is named after Goku's Grandfather and Goten who looks exactly like Goku. Goku is a Saiyan who was sent to Earth when he was really young from the Planet Vegeta, his Saiya-jin name is Kakarrot. He was sent to Earth to destroy all life on the planet and get it ready for auction but when he was little he fell of a cliff and bumped his head and forgot his mission. Goku is killed by Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon when he sacrificed himself against Raditz and Cell when Perfect Cell selfdestructed. Goku can reach Super Saiya-jin Levels 1,2 and 3 in Dragonball Z. Some people that he defeated were Frieza, Majin Buu, Nappa, Captain Ginyu, Baata(Burter), and Recoome. Goku fuses with Vegeta using the Kai-o-shin Earrings(Potara Earrings)and becomes Vegetto. Goku isn't ALWAYS the strongest, Piccolo, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks and others have passed his power before.

GOHAN*- Gohan is the first son of Goku and Chi-Chi. Gohan is a half blooded Saiya-jin, Gohan marries Videl and has a daughter named Pan towards the end of DBZ. Gohan first went Super Saiyan when he was in the the Room of Spirit and Time. He has the ability to go Super Saiya-jin Levels 1 and 2. Gohan trained with Piccolo during the Saiya-jin saga. He has defeated Garlic Jr, Perfect Cell, Bojack, and many more. He trains with Kaioshin so he will not have to go super saiya-jin to be strong. He is called Mystic Gohan then. Gohan reaches Super Saiyan Level 2 when battling Perfect Cell when Android 16 was killed. When Gohan is in his teen years he has a secret disquise called, the Great Saiyaman in which only Bulma and Videl know who it really is and maybe Goku.

GOTEN*- Goten is the 2nd child of Goku and Gohan's younger brother. Goten is best friends with Vegeta's son, Chibi Trunks. He reached the Super Saiya-jin level at a very young age like Trunks. When Trunks and him perform the fusion dance they form Gotenks. Goten appears in movies 11-13. He also appears a lot during the Buu Saga. He competes in the Children's Division at the 25th Tenkaichi Budoukai in the Children's Division and loses in the final round to Trunks. He also enters a Tenkachi Budokai as Mighty Mask which is Goten and Trunks disquised.

VEGETA*- Vegeta is the Prince of the Saiya-jin. Vegeta is named after his father King Vegeta. Vegeta is first introduced in Episode 4 when Piccolo defeated Raditz and told him about the dragonballs. After Vegeta heard about the 1 wish granted when collecting all 7 he heads to Earth with Nappa to gain immortallity. Vegeta fights Goku on Earth and was about to finish Goku off until Krillin, Gohan, and Yajirobe showed up. Yajirobe cut off Vegeta's tail in Oozaru form and then Vegeta got hit by a spirit bomb from Krillin. Then Gohan went Oozaru and defeated Vegeta. Vegeta just barely managed to escape.Then Vegeta went to the planet Namek to get the dragonballs there. He runs into Frieza, the Ginyu Force, and Frieza's other henchmen along the way. He almost becomes immortal but then Guru dies and the dragonballs disappear. Vegeta KILLS Zarbon, Dodoria, Recoome, Baata, Jeice, Guldo, and Appuru but is killed by Frieza after a big battle against him. Vegeta comes back to life later. Vegeta also KILLS Android 19, Nappa, Pipi and a few others during DBZ and is defeated by Gohan, Zarbon, Android 18 and some others. Vegeta later married Bulma and they had two kids named Trunks and Bra. Vegeta first becomes a super saiya-jin when training in 450g and getting pissed that he couldnt beat Kakarrot so his anger caused him to go Super Saiya-jin. Vegeta can reach Super Saiya-jin Levels 1 and 2 during DBZ and 4 in DBGT. Later on in the Buu Saga he lets Babi-di make him a Majin so he could beat Kakkarot, he then later self-destructs in order to kill Buu but it fails and King Yamma lets him go back to help Goku defeat him. But he is still jealous of Goku because he could never beat him, until the almost the end of DBZ when he had a change of heart.

CELL*- Cell was created by Dr. Gero, but Dr. Gero's computer is really the thing that develops him completely. Cell has small blood samples from Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, Nappa, Frieza, and King Kold. The samples were gathered by a small bee drone. The bee drone took Goku's during the fight with Vegeta-Oozaru. Piccolo right before he died after sacrificing himself for Gohan. Vegeta, when Gohan defeated him right after Vegeta cut his tail off. And King Kold and Frieza when they died on Earth. It took 24 years to make Cell with the blood samples and computer. Cell was created by a research computer beneath of the real one. For Cell to reach perfection he has to absorb Androids #17 and #18. Then he will be the most powerful. The Cell that is seen in the Android/Cell Saga comes from the future. The future where Trunks defeats Androids 17 and 18. Since he can't become perfect he absorbs humans until he is strong enough to kill Trunks. Then he kills Trunks when Trunks was about to go back and help Goku and the others beat the androids. It arrives in the normal time line and has to burry underground for 3 years to reach it's 1st form again. Then after 3 years he absorbs people to get strong enough to take on the Androids and absorb them. Cell can do attacks like the Kamehameha and Solar Flare from Goku, Deathball from Frieza, regenerate own anatomy from Piccolo, and a lot more. Cell can do any attack if he sees one of the people who he has blood from do it. Perfect Cell is killed by Super Saiya-jin Level 2 Gohan.

KRILLIN*- Krillin and Goku were both trained by Master Roshi at the same time and became best friends. Krillin killed most of the saibamen in the Saiya-jin saga and shot Goku's Spirit Bomb at Vegeta. In the Frieza saga he was killed by Frieza. Krillin's death triggered Goku going Super Saiyan. Krillin isn't involved much in the Buu Saga except the Budokai and he is turned to stone by Darbura. He battles a Cell Jr. at the Cell Game and is involved in the Android/Cell Saga. Krillin is 1 year older then his best friend Goku. About his physical appearance...The six dots on his head are scars which were burned on to him as a tradition and he shaved his head so that an opponent couldnt grab his hair in a fight. But after the Cell Saga he let it grow back. He marries Android 18 and has a daughter named Maron.

YAMCHA*- Yamcha was first introduced in Dragonball. He and his flying blue cat Puar were thiefs that lived in a desert and stole from anyone who passed by. He later becomes best friends with Goku and becomes a Z Fighter. Yamcha is Bulma's boyfriend all the way up to the Android/Cell Saga. Yamcha was killed by a Saibamen's Kamikaze attack during the Saiya-jin Saga and by Buu. Yamcha was trained my Kami in the Saiya-jin Saga and in the Frieza Saga he was trained by King Kai. He gets a haircut right before the Android/Cell Saga. He gets less and less involved throughout DBZ and doesn't participate in the battle against Buu but gets eaten by him after being turned into candy. I don't think he does much in DBGT.

NAPPA*- Nappa is Vegeta's partner when they go to Earth to get the dragonballs and become immortal. It takes him and Vegeta a year to arrive after Raditz's death. Nappa is very muscular and really tall but Vegeta's power when they arrive is much higher. Nappa is bald but he wasn't in the Bardock special. Nappa kills Chaotzu and Piccolo during the Saiya-jin Saga but is defeated by Goku. Then after being defeated, Vegeta sends Nappa into the next dimension. Nappa doesn't ever show up in DBZ after then but he does show up in DBGT. But not for long however, Vegeta kills him in DBGT too.

PICCOLO*- Piccolo is a namek from the Planet Namek. Piccolo was born from an egg. His father was Piccolo-Daimao. He was evil until Goku's brother Raditz shows up and Piccolo has to team up with Goku, his worst enemy. Then he ends up training Gohan and they become best friends. Piccolo sacrifices himself from Nappa's blast at Gohan and got killed rather then Gohan getting killed. Then throughout DBZ he becomes much more nicer. Piccolo fuses with Nail in the Frieza Saga and in the Android/Cell Saga he fuses with Kami. In the Buu saga he isn't much of a help except him training Goten and Trunks to beat Buu. Piccolo is only killed once in DBZ and that was by Nappa. He is capable of regenerating his own anatomy and stretch his arms out to very long distances.
