1. Have Nickname?.(with game shark) This code is in my GameShark codes section
2. Have Zapdos, Articuno, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew( get mew from my Gameshark codes page), and a Pokémon of your choice in your team in that order.
3. Use Nickname? to get behind Bill's house.
4. Use the Itemfinder and it will say there's an item nearby.
5. Play the PokéFlute and it will say Missingno. awoke in a rage.
6. Catch it and nickname it Houou in caps. (HOUOU)
7. You have Houou!
