| WHAT IS P.O.I.N.T.? P.O.I.N.T., an acronym for People Owning Infinite New Tomorrows, was founded by Larry & Sylvia Singer in August, 1999, and is incorporated as a non-profit society in British Columbia, Canada. POINT is the culmination of a life-long search by Larry and Sylvia, to bring focus to the continuing devolution of our society, and to “do something” about that condition, rather than just either complain about it, or feel helpless in the situation. POINT is not, nor will it be, associated or aligned with any political party or religious organization. POINT’S STATEMENT OF PURPOSE To bring together individuals, families, and groups, who recognize the need for a raising of consciousness in our society, and who are willing to begin taking responsibility for making a positive difference. MEMBERSHIP IN POINT For POINT to become the global organization that we envision, a world-wide membership is crucial. We examined the issue ofmembership fees very closely, with two main objectives in mind: 1) to ensure that membership (for both individuals and families) always remains affordable, and 2) to build a broad membership base as quickly as possible. As a result, we have developed the following annual membership fee structure: Individual Memberships: $10 Family Memberships: $25 We encourage you to express your support of POINT, by becoming members. Members will receive a Certificate of Membership that is suitable for framing. Also, members will receive regular updates via the POINT e-mail newsletter. All that they ask by way of compensation, is that expenses be covered, and an honorarium be given to POINT. FOR AN OLD AND DEAR FRIEND We owe much to our old and dear friend Jeshua, who shared his wisdom and gave us guidance. He said to us "One day you will step out into the forefront." He was right! |
