I'm waiting in the night,
Hoping my love will finally come out without fear or fright.
For if she is caught God forbid,
It may be the last thing she ever did.
Because of her fathers touching and pleasing himself on to others,
Bringing fear to her and her sisters and her mother.
Without knowing what to do,
She runs out the window for a night of innocence and bliss,
Hoping she will find the right ne to kiss.
And not be forced by the arrogance of another man,
Forcing her to do everything God would consider a sin.
Just to come home in the middle of the night,
To face her only fright,
Her father walking in during the night.
She thinks its her fault,
She says to herself she shouldn't have got caught.
Then she finally cries herself to sleep as he climbs on top,
And she only wishes she could some day make him stop.
And the worst thing that is see,
Is that nobody believes,
About what goes on behind the scenes. |
