Get Pikablu-
To get Pikablu you get raichu to level 99. Then give it to the guy who runs the daycare center. Come back in ten hours. Then his says your raichu ran away, but you can have my pikablu.

Get Pikablu and Togepi in the Safari Zone-
Teach your Snorlax how to Surf and then surf up and down Cinnabar Island.Then,go to the Safari Zone and Pikablu and Togepi should be there!

Get Pikablu-
1.First you must catch all 150 Pokémon not using GameShark. 2. Then you also must have Seventeen of your Pokémon over Level 70. 3. Then when all of these tasks are complete, go to the guy in Pewter City who asks you if you have been to the Museum yet. Say NO so he takes you to the door. 4. Then go into the Museum and go upstairs and talk to the Lady who says "I want My boyfriend to catch me a Pikachu!" 5. After you talk to her, immediatly come out of the door and once you come out of the door do not take any steps forward. left, or right. Immediatly use fly and go to Celedon City. 6. Go into the Game Corner and talk to the Lady that says "Go Next Door to the Coin Exchange Corner to use your coins to get great Prizes!" 7. But this time she will say, "Hey? You have all the badges? WOW! Well then since you were nice enough to talk to me, I will give you this Pokemon I found stranded behind then Pokemon Museum, he is so strong I can not control him. But since you have all the badges, YOU TAKE HIM! 8. It will say, "You got ???????" Then when you try to use it it will just be like if you were pressing cancel and it will exit every time you click on it. Then go to Proffesor Oak and he will say the same thing he says when you give him Oaks Parcel, it will still say "YOU DELIVERED OAKS PARCEL!" 9. Then when you go into your pokemon line and it will replace the Pokemon in your first slot. So put a Spearow or something that is common in first. It will still be called ????? So go to the Nickname guy and change it to Pikablu. It has a ElectricWave, Psyshock, and Electrode... Don't ask me why its Electrode but its an awesome move. 10. It is a Level 999 and Pikablu will, Yes it will appear in your Pokedex! After 150 it will say 154 and then you look at the Pokedex Info and it will look like this... Name: Pikablu Type: ??????? Height: 2" 3" Length: 3" 4" Stats: Attack-999 Defense-999 Speed-999 Special-999 Attacks: ElectricWave, Psyshock, Electrode,SonicBoom. When you get 60,000 more experience points after catching it It Learns SonicBoom when you gain around 60, 000 experience points and it kills any pokemon in one hit and it never misses.

Get Pikablu-
To get pikablu, use the itemfinder in the water that you use to get into the unknown dungeon. You will find an item that says there is an unknown pokemon at Cinnibar Island. Then go there and surf up and down the coast where you find missigno. You will eventually find pikablu.

Get Pikablu-
Get a raichu and buy a thunder stone and a water stone. Use the thunder stone, then the water stone and raichu will evolve into pikablu.

Get Pikablu-
Another way to get Pikablu is You get Eevee, Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, and Pikachu as the ones you are carrying. Then, you get a Water Stone and go to Bill's house. Then look at his pokemon computer. Look at each one of the Pokemon on the Computer 10 times in a row. Then talk to Bill, and he will tell you where you can get Pikablu!

Rainbow Stone Code
1. Go to the Unknown Dungeon, with a Hitmonchan
2. Use the Item Finder 100 times in all different spots
3. Once you have done that, go to exactly where Articuno stood, and use the itemfinder!!
4. You should find an item, it's called Rainbow!
5. Use this on Hitmonchan, he should turn into Houou!

How to get HM06-

Firstly put in the code for infinite money 019947D3-019948D3-019949D3.
Now using Gameshark type in 01A47CCF then go to a pokemart. It will be
the first item in the list and will be named nickname? which is HM06 and it'll
cost over A LOT of money. You know how to get infinite cash right? Of
course you do! Now buy it and go to any 1 or 2 layer-thick wall. Then
stand with your side to the wall. go to item, click on the new item you
got. (nickname?)this'll then put you to the screen that says USE ON
WHICH POKEMON.

Note: Do not use it on a pokemon!

Anyway, click on until you can use item on which pokemon. Then push b
to cancel the screen and get back to the game, then you'll see ash and
several pokemon in line.. on side of screen.. then push in the
direction of the wall one space or two. Depending on how thick it is.
Then push start, go to veiw your pokemon and when you return you'll be
over the wall. Hey, you've found the HM06 code, walk through wallsnow i
suppose you want to know some areas in which it can be used. well I've
had that code for a looong time and have found many secret stuff with
it, no one else knows bout it! JT Codeman has discovered all of these codes, Here it goes:

Get back on S.S. Anne-(MED-HARD)
Get in front of that guy who guarded that port for the SS Anne. Surf out
one space to the right, then step left one. You should be facing left,yet
one space above the guy and with your side to him. Use HM06 through the guy and walk down. Presto!The SS Anne never left!

New reaction to fishing-(EASY)
First do the "Get back on S.S. Anne" trick. Go to the place where you can see out into the water. Get on one of the barriers and cast out your rod.It can be Old, Good, or Super. Wow! I never knew they programmed that into the game!

Beat Elite Four with only 1 LVL5 Magikarp-(MED-HARD)
Basically you use it to go on top of the doors in the first three, then just
push up. Lance is harder though. You must do it two spaces up, to the statue on his left. Strut past Gary (He doesn't fight you if you miss a person) and walk into the next room. Presto! Amaze your friends with it!

Secret Patch of grass and door that leads to nowhere-(MED)
Go down from Pewter city to the back entrance of Viridian Forest.Don't enter the building, instead go southwest and use HM06 to go below the building. Try entering the lower door. What? Doesn't go anywhere?Go down now. There are two patches of grass where only I have been able to catch Pidgeys, Rattatas, and Weedles, though.

Walk in Bike Route-(EASY)
Simple. Go to the house where you get HM05 and go down, and use HM06.
Not that secret.

Get into Safari Zone for free with unlimited steps and balls-(HARD)
Okay, now you should be able to do a trick where you can change ways you
face without moving that way. It sounds confusing, but it's required.Now normally that guy stops you, but first go through the barrier on the left. Go up until the guy is to your right, and use HM06 to get on the counter, but not over. Now here's where the trick mentioned before is required. Do it so your side is facing up. Now use HM06 up one space.
Presto! You're past that guy who stops you! You have unlimited Safari
Balls and Unlimited steps in it! Problem is, you have to manually find
your way out.

Pokeballs on top of nothing-(EASY)
Go through the barrier so you are next to a Nurse Jenny. Talk to her and when the pokeballs are supposed to appear on that healing thing, they don't!Just interesting. You can also go behind the Cable Lady to find the stairs go to nowhere...

Pokegod City! (Not Tested)
First cary the lengendarybirds at the top of your pokemon I think on lv. 100.Beet the elite4 30 times and profeser Oak will say I'm getting tired of this.He'll show you more of the Hall of fame and you'll see a door go to it and theres the city."WARNING:Don't talk to anybody when your fighting 30 times not even the PC or nurse!"

If Profeser Oak Doesn't Show You the Hall of Fame
If you beet them 30 times and he didn't show you more of the Hall of Fame it's that you didn't carry the lengendarybirds on 100 and at the top or The code was wrong and on the 30th time you beet te Elite4 you go to the Profeser Oak at the first time you see him.Then talk to him 33 times right after you beet E4 30 times.Remember never talk to anyone during the fighting (30 times) not even the nurse or PC.

Togepi code #1(NOT TESTED)
Go inside MT.moon and keep pressing a wether or whithout the itemfinder you'll pick up an egg walk around and it will hatch to togepy.I don't know were in the MT.moon yet but you'll have to look for your self.

Togepi code #2 (TESTED CODE)
1. Beat the Elite 4 ten times
2. Then go to Pallet Town and talk to Prof. Oak ten times
3. Finally, talk to Gary's sister and she'll give you Togepi

Togepi code #3 (TESTED CODE)
1. Put gameshark on without entering any codes, start game.
2. Go to Cinnabar Island and press A,B,B,A then go into one of the buildings, I think it's the pokemon lab.
3. Talk to one of the people who ask you if you have an egg pokemon, say no and he will give you Togepi.

Mewthree (TESTED CODE)
You have to find the guy's glasses which could be anywhere in the game. They are most likley to be in the Silfh Co. or the rocket Game Corner hideout. Use the item finder to find the glasses. When u find the glasses you have to find the guy who could be any where but he is probably in Saffron or Celadon City. Give him the glasses and he will fly you to the Pokegod Island. There is only 1 pc there and you have to fight to get there. Next to the pc is a guy that you trade with to get Mewthree.

MEW(TESTED CODE)
Name a magikarp mew and drop it off at the daycare. After a while pick it up and it will be a mew!

Pikablu (Marril) (TESTED CODE)
Get all 151 pokemon and go to MT.moon and there will be a pokeball with pikablu in it he will be at level 90.
