Cloud Strife
Level 1:
Braver- an attack that is usally the strongest level 1 limit break unless you are in a boss battle
Cross-slash- slashes enemy many times it paralyzes enemies unless are immune to being paralyzed
Level 2:
Blade beam- shoots a beam out to one main enemy and splits into parts hitting other enemies good against many weak opponents or one stronger one
Climhazzard- Atacks from high up slashing the enemy good against stronger opponents i find it kind of a waste of a good limit break against weak opponents
Level 3:
Meteorain- a lot of meteors come crashing down on enemies can do extreme damage
Finishing touch- causes a tornado like thing and opponents get extreme damage
Level 4:
Omnislash-slashes wildly at the enemy possible the most powerful attack in the game
Barret Wallace
Level 1:
Big Shot-blasts a hudge ball out of his gun doing a bit of damage
Mindblow- Blue energy shoots from his gun it takes MP away from the enemy (this is COMPLETELY useless on Dyne)
Level 2:
Grenade bomb- launches a grenade into it's enemies fair amount of damage
Hammerblow- can eject an enemy from battle best against non-bosses because it won't launch them like non-bosses
Level 3:
Satellite beam- beam strike good against groups
Ungarmax- inflicts massive damage hits more times then satellite beams but each does less damage
Level 4:
Catastrophe- does a GREAT amout of damage a single enemy won't fell the full force of the blow

The main upside to her limit breaks is that she can perform then all, depending on the slot you get.
Aeris Gainsboro
Level 1:
Healing wind- cures all allies
Seal evil- Stops and Silences all enemies
Level 2:
Breath of the Earth- Cure party of all negative statuses
Fury Brand- instantly fills up all characters limit gauges
Level 3:
Planet protector- forms barrier around enemies and makes them temporarily invonerable
Pulse of live- cures all allies MP/HP
Level 4:
Great Gospel- party is fully recovered and temporarily invonerable
Red XIII
Level 1:
Sled Fang- Red charges at the enemy and his ONLY long range attack
Lunatic High- Puts party into haste
Level 2:
Blood Fang-Causes physical damage while taking some HP & MP
Stardust Ray- Summons stars does a fair amount of damage on an enemy or enemies
Level 3:
Howling moon- he is in berserk and haste for the rest of the battle
Earth Rave- five elemental attacks
Level 4:
Cosmo Memory- Summons a hudge ball of fire doing an AWESOME amount of energy
Cid Highwind
Level 1:
Boost Jump-may be able to kill a single enemy early on
Dynamite-Throws dynamite at the enemy
Level 2: Puts his weapon into the ground causing an explosion
Dragon- Summons a dragon to attack one of the enemies HP & MP are transported to Cid
Level 3:
Dragon dive-pounces onto a group of enemies creating an explosion to an opponent
Big Brawl-does a series of fast attacks
Level 4:
Highwind- calls upon the highwind for assistance the crew attacks with missels from the ship
Yuffie Kisaragi
Level 1:
Greased lighting- she slashes the enemy once not the greatest but the more you use it the more powerful
Clear Tranquil- heals all the enemies
Level 2:
Landscaper- ground comes up below the enemies and explodes
Bloodfest- slashes the enemy several times and it works on a group but does less damage
Level 3:
Gauntlet- a blue light below the enemy shows then comes and kind of explodes from the ground
Doom of the living- like bloodfest but A LOT more powerful
Level 4:
All Creation- calls on a large beam that does a GREAT amount of damage on many or one enemies
Cait Sith
Cait Sith only has 2 limit breaks total one level one and one level two.
Level 1:
Dice- what do you know gambling? she i mean he no it throes dice that determine damage
Level 2:

Galian beast-transforms into a dragon like thing uses fire DON'T USE THIS AGAINST THE MATERIA KEEPER IT ADDS HIT POINTS
Level 2:
Death Gigas- Frankenstein looking thing that is like lightning
Level 3:
Hellmasker-he looks alot like Jason in this attack this causes status damage
Level 4:
Chaos- SWEEEEEEEET!!! this is awesome he transforms in to this winged demon these attacks aren't elemental based
My note: Who knew that Hojo injecting JENOVA cells into Vincent would become some use to your party?
