Well first you have to get the silk dress from the store owner which you have to pick soft and shimmers. Then you have to get the wig from Big Bro by winning the squats contest. Next (DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF ON YET) you eat at the Resaraunt and get the second item to eat. When they ask you how it was answer it was all right. Then you get a "Pharmacy Coupon" which you will need in order to get another item. Now you go to the item shop where they sell potions and such. Talk to the owner of the store and he'll say oh I see you have a Pharmacy coupon and you get a choice of medicine choose the Digestive medicine. Now you go to the bar where you get the clothing stores fater and walk to the back of the room there you will se a door to the left. Walk over to the door and push the okay button. The lady will ask you if you have any medicine and you give her the digestive medicine. She will give you the SEXY Cologne. Now that you have that you have another task. (STILL DON'T PUT THE STUFF ON) Now you go to the materia shop and talk to the owner he'll ask you a favor which is to see what is in the vending machine in the inn in the front of town. You go to the inn. You talk to the person at the counter and say you'll stay. You can't go to the vending machine without staying I tried it, it doesn't work. Now during the night you will go to the vending machine (you don't have to control cloud to go there he'll do it on his own) you buy the item for 200 gil. Now you will be there in the morning. You walk back to the materia shop and talk to the owner once again. You give him the item and he'll give you the "Diamond Tiara". Now all you have to do is talk to everyone and someone will give you the "Membership Card". You use this item to get into the Honey Bee Inn. You go in and the lady will say something. Now you choose a room. The one that works the best is the bottom left room. I went in the top right room and didn't get anything from it. So choose the bottom right room called the group room. You can answer:
I guess I'll take this one or Hold Ground. Choose I guess I'll take this one.
Now the lady asks for sure if you want to
Answer:
Don't make me repeat myself and then you will be entered into the room.
Now you enter the room and follow the lady after she tells you right this way. Talk to her and she'll ask if you hate being lonely
You can answer:
I'm used to being alone or Cut the small talk choose I'm used to being alone.
Then she'll say something then say
"Come on everyone's waiting."
Answer:
Everyone...? (this is the best choice)
Now a bunch of people will come in and talk to you.
Cloud will wonder what to do say
this could be dangerous (if you answer i'm outta here he'll leave and you've messed up)
THen you and all the peeps will get into the bathtub
They will ask how it fells answer:
...... (this will work if you choose it hurts you've messed up)
They'll ask if you want to join "Young Bubby's"

Now you finish counting down from ten and then you get out of the tub Mukki will give you "Bikini Biefs" Another key item. YOU STILL NEED TO DO ONLY ONE MORE THING. FInish talking with them. Now you exit the room. One more thing to do is get makeup. YOu enter the room Furthest away from the enterance which is the dressing room talk to the girl furtest away from you.
You have her put he makeup on. Now you have the makeup on. You go to the clothing store and put everthing on. Now you can go to Corneo's. YOu rescue Tifa like normal then you go to Corneo's and he'll pick you.
You should play along with him. If you want to you choose
1. Of couse!
2. Whatever YOU want, daddy
3. All right.....
Now Tifa and Aeris come to his rescue. Now everything is the same from now on.
