This movie seems to be the best out of the triligy. It isn't about the 3 Legendary birds anymore, but the legendary dogs. The only thing we really don't know is that how all the new characters fit in. Because we don't know the nature of the characters we cannot state their role in the movie. We have translated the synopsis the best we could. This is official and confirmed. It might be a little choppy:

As a young girl, Mi’s parents both passed away and she was left with the large inheritance, the Green Resort where one goes to gain peace of mind. The large property (Green Field) came with the Tower.

The strange Pokemon Annon (Gold/Silver) comes to MI because of a strange card left by her father. Slowly MI begins to lose sight of what is real and what isn’t. It seems that with the help of Annon, a crystal begins to enwrap the tower, blurring the outside world and making it all the more unreal for Mi. Annon creates the crystal tower for Mi to help her forget her solitude and loneliness due to the death of her parents. Everytime she wishes for something, a piece of the tower becomes crystal. Gradually, her heart became crystal and then covered the entire tower.

Eventually it starts to enrap everything. Ash gets wrapped up into all of this because his mother, Haneko, is taken to the illusory tower because Mi wished for a mother, and Ash's mom, being a mother, was taken to the crystal tower by Entei, who appears as Mi's father in the Crystal world. (Entei see's Mi weeping for a mother so he goes and gets Haneko) Now Satoshi (ASH) must somehow rescue his mother and Mi from the powers of the tower. However they don’t want to leave because they believe they’re happy in the tower do to the powers of distortion it has and they no longer have a concept of the real world.

* It’s one of those trippy mainstream anime plots if you ask me. Think of Serial Experiments Lain.

It was a late night in Green Ville and Mi, a rich girl was with her parents at home. Her dad was reading a book to her about the 26 Annon. Halfway through via her dad's laptop, an email asks Mi's Dad to go to the excavation site because of a new finding. There, they found scrabble like pieces of Annon and Mi's Dad began to match them. When he matched a pattern, he got absorbed away. When one of his colleagues found out, he went to Mi's house and told the bad news. Mi found the box of scrabbles his father's colleague brought back and began spelling a pattern: PAPA, MAMA, ME.

Ash, who has been walking along, meets a girl trainer Rin and her Eipamu. Brock, the girl flirter goes up and, as usual says she is beautiful. Rin challenges Ash to a match and Ash accepts. As brings out his Waninoko against Rin's Guranburu. Guranburu looses after Waninoko uses his Water Gun. Kirinriki is then brought out by Rin and Ash chooses Chikorita. The Psychic attack by Kirinriki K.O.s Chikorita. Ash is determined to win, bringing out his Yorunozuku. Rin sends out her favorite Pokemon, Eipamu. Yorunozuku charges at Eipamu, making it faint. Butterfree is then sent out from Rin and Ash takes out Bulbasaur. Bulbasaur looses to Butterfree's Sleep Powder and Gust Attacks. Ash then opens Hinoarashi's Poke Ball and Mankey is sent out by Rin. Mankey faints after Hinoarashi uses his flamethrower attack Mankey tries to punch Hinoarashi.

As Rin is determined to win, she sends out Nuo and Ash sends Pikachu. Ash orders Pikachu to use its Thunder shock thinking it is a water type but Nuo is unaffected. Nuo uses Water Gun and hits, knocking out Pikachu (almost). Pikachu recovers just in time to dodge and hits Nuo with his Tackle. Nuo faints and Ash wins. Rin admires Ash's training and shows Ash the way to Green Ville.

At that time, Mi's house started to turn into crystal and the unknown world was unlocked. Reporters and Officer Jenny were at the Pokemon Center in Green Ville. Professor Oak and Ash's Mom also arrived there. As Ash, Misty, Brock and Rin arrive at Greenville, they thought it will be a green place but instead, they saw crystals. They head to the Pokemon Center to find out what's going on. Entei makes a surprise and took Ash's Mom away.

Ash's Mom wakes up with Mi and repeats "I Am Mama". Mi thinks she is her mom and Entei comes along saying he is her dad. When Ash finds out, he goes up the castle to find his mom. Ash's Charizard with his girlfriend sees Ash walking on TV into the Crystal tower to save his mom and Charizard flies to help.

On the way up, Entei disguises Mi as a teenage girl and battles with Brock. Team Rocket sneaks up behind Ash and Misty and Misty is also battled with Mi. Ash finds her mom and they begin to walk down but Entei stops them. They battle and Ash's Pokemon loose Mi but Charizard comes to the rescue.

They battle and when Entei won Charizard and is about to K.O him, Ash's mom convinces Mi to tell Entei to stop and then Entei helps them destroy the Annon back to the Annon World. Entei finally breaks through and the unknown turn back into scrabble. The crystal in Greenville disappears and Mi's parents come back.

The added short movie—which is not Pikachu’s Birthday Party (as it was rumored), it's called Pichu and Pikachu---takes place in a big city which is a whole new world for pikachu. This movie also introduces an all new Pokemon, the baby Pikachu; Pichu! Bubi, Derubiru, Hapiness, Hitmontop, Hane, Haneko and MORE are also in the movie!
