-Watch Viridian City guy catch Weedle
-(This doesn't work on things like keys)
-Fly to Cinnabar's Coast
-Put item in 6th place on your item list
-Surf up and down the coast untill you find Missing No.
-Simply run
-Go to any PC and deposit then withdraw the item
THIS WORKS ON MASTER BALLS!!!!!!!!!!
If there is no more of the item you want 99 of, you're out of luck!
Safari Cinnabar
-Watch guy catch Weedle
-Go to the area you want the Pokemon out of and waste time in that area ONLY!
-Fly to Cinnabar Coast
-Surf up and down and you will run into Pokemon from that area!
Blaine's Glitch
-Approach Blaine's from directly right starting form the coast
-Make sure you don't have the Secret Key out
-When you come the door the guy usually walking around the island will be on Blaine's roof until you leave the door!
