| The saga begins as everyone is flying back home. Gohan wakes up and asks where Goku is. He is in a cast behind him and everyone is happy. Bulma is really annoyed because with Piccolo gone, the dragonballs are gone and that means that Yamacha can't be wished back. The gang remember Vegita saying that the Nameks created the actual dragonballs! They decide to go to Namek but Bulma says that they don't know where they're going or if it still exists. Goku then seemingly speaking to no one asks if Namek exists and then addreses it to King kai. Kai replies so that they can hear that namek exists and he says the coordinates. Bulma says that it will take millions of years to get there but it would take a month in a saiyen space pod. Kryllin reveals that he found a controll for Nappas pod and then, in the hospital, they see the craft on TV. Bulma presses a button causing the ship to selfdestruct. She gets mad with herself until Mr. Popo comes to the hospital on his flying carpet and tells Bulma that he knows of a ship. The ship works under Namek command and after learning a few Namek words from Popo, Kryllin, Gohan and Bulma set off. On the way, they crash into something and are attacked by a space colony. When they are realised friends, they are given a shotcut to Namek. Bulma then lands on what she thinks is Namek and sure enough, she is greeted by 2 Nameks. They soon go on the dragonball search and find the first 6 with dificulty. On the way to the seventh, Kryllin realises that they've taken the same path 3 times but no one cares and they go. They head to a watch tower when they are caught in seaweed and Bulma is attacked by the Nameks. They reveal themselves as evil aliens who have been stuck on the horrible planet for ages. Everything was an ilusion except for the creatures. They head off to the ship secretly followed by Bulma. She realises that they don't know Namek but they find her and make her tell them how to open the ship. Meanwhile Gohan and Kryllin have escaped and just as the space pod closes, it opens again. Gohan and Kryllin then attack the evil aliens before they head off to Namek and soon touch down! As they got out, they saw Vegitas space pod followed by another. They are soon attacked by some of Friezas henchmen and even though they finished them off easily, damage had beeen done to their space ship. They find out that it won't be able to fly until it's fixed. Bulma contacts Roshi and says that Vegita and an even stronger warrior named Frieza are on the planet, both in search for the dragonballs. They them go to a high energy site and se Frieza with Zarbon and Diodor plus his henchmen. They find out that the the evil gang have had 4 dragonballs. They then are interupted by a gang of Nameks who take care of Friezas henchmen but are killed by Diodor. He then kills the nameks when they don't give him the dragonballs and they try to kill the little Nameks. Gohan however saves them and heads off. Diodor ran into vegita who easily beat him. Vegita then goes looking for the earthlings but instead finds to a namek village and hides the dragonball. Kryllin goes to Gurus and gets a dragonball and his secret power level is revealed. He heads back and gets Gohan to come with him to reveal gohans secret power level. At the hospital, Goku is informed about the two warriors on Namek and he gets worried. Yajirobe then walks in with a bag sensu beans which instantly recover your health. Goku takes one and with great strength flies to Bulmas dads house. He has made a ship which will get Goku to Namek in 6 days. Back on Namek, Vegita has followed the earthlings and they're about to fight when Vegita realises that the Ginyu force have been sent for. They are very powerful so Vegita and the earthlings get all seven dragonballs and head to call the dragon of Namek. Kryllin refuse to give up the final dragonball and the Ginyu arrive. Captain Ginyu then takes the dragonballs to Frieza. The fight begins as Guldo takes on Gohan and Kryllin! Guldo squares off against Kryllin and Gohan. The two have the advantage until they realise that guldo can freeze time. He traps them in a body bind but Vegita saves them. They then go one on one with Recoome! Vegita powers up and has an amazing power level. He fires a super strong blast at recoome but he just blocks it. He toys with Vegita wearing him down and eventually, Vegita is almost defeated and Gohan and Kryllin worry because he is their only hope of surviving. Recoome powers up his recoom boom and is about to finish off Vegita when gohan pulls Vegita tosafety and Kryllin kicks Recoome in the back of the head. On Gokus spaceship, Goku prepares for landing! Vegita pretends that he was about to finish him off but Gohan knows that he's lying. Kryllin is shocked when Recoome gets straight up and kicks him down. Kryllin struggles to stay alive and Gohan gets so mad that he powers up with his anger. Unfortunately his released power is not enough and he is almost defeated. Suddenly a ship lands and Goku steps off. He is carrying a bag of sensu beans and he gives them to Gohan, Kryllin and Vegita. Gohan worries why he gave Vegita the beans but Goku says that Vegita saved his life. If Vegita hadn't been there, Gohan and Kryllin would be dead by now. Recoome then becomes really mad and charges up a Recoome boom. Goku then just stands still and then in a flash, Recoome can't breathe. Everyone sees Goku with his elbow on Recoomes stomach and Recoome falls to the ground almost dead. Jeice and Burta look worried but they decide to take on Goku. He just stands in the middle as a sitting duck so they both charge. For some reason, they both keep missing him by a few centemetres and they wonder why. They then charge up attacks and fire them yet they both miss. Vegita thinks that they have bad aim until they see his foot marks. There are skids around each foot showing how quickly he can move. Vegita thinks that for the first time in 3,000 years, there is another super saiyen. Burta is soon defeated by Goku but instead of beating Jeice, he lets him go. Vegita is mad and sends Burta and Recoome to the next dimension. Meanwhile, Frieza is attempting to call the dragon but doesn't know the password so after hiding the balls, he heads to Gurus. Jeice arrives with Captain Ginyu and a battle begins. Gohan locates Friezas power away from his ship so he and Kryllin followed secretly by Vegita head over to the ship. Vegita meanwhile decides to hide at the ship as Kryllin and Gohan find the dragonballs. They find them and try to call the dragon but they to cannot call it because of the password. Meanwhile Goku and Ginyu face off but Ginyu finds Goku to strong so he stabs himself. The unsuspecting Goku is caught in a beam of light which switches his and Ginyus body. Ginyu in Gokus body heads off to Friezas ship leaving Goku in pain! Ginyu and Jeice arrive at Friezas ship and find the dragonballs dug up. Kryllin accidentally reveals himself. Gohan and Kryllin soon realise it's not Goku so they decide to fight. Soon Goku in Ginyus body arrives and he tells gohan that he can kill Ginyu because he is in an unknown body. Jeice goes to attack Goku but Vegita comes out and easily defeats him! Ginyu is winning but Gokus body is weakened so he attempts to switch body with Vegita but Goku jumps in the way and gets his body back. Ginyu tries it again but Goku throws a frog in the way and Ginyu becomes a frog. Goku is greatly weakened so he is put in a revival tube. Gohan is left to look after the balls. Meanwhile, Kryllin heads to Gurus for the password while Deinde flys past Frieza to Kryllin. They look at each other but continue on their way. Frieza arrives at Gurus and goes in. Guru refuses to tell him the password so Frieza decides to kill him. Nail however says that if Guru dies, the dragonballs disappear. Nail decides to give Frieza a fight to give Deinde more time. Frieza goes off with Nail and they start to fight. Nail tries everything but he can't do any damage. Frieza cuts off his arm. Nail seems in a lot of pain yet regenerates his arm. Frieza knocks him down and is about to finish him yet Nail laughs. He tells Frieza that Deinde has enough time to give the earthlings the password. A mad Frieza goes out and attempts ot catch the earthlings. Deinde runs into Kryllin and they get gohan. Vegita is meanwhile asleep so they go to te otherside of the ship and tell Deinde their wishes. They have three wishes and wish back their friends. However this would take up 4 wishes so one has to stay. Piccolo is then wished back and brought to Namek. However, he is brought back no where near them so he heads to the site. They are going to wish him to their location when Vegita wakes up and is enraged. He is told that he can wish for immortality and just before Deinde unwillingly asks the dragon, Guru dies and the dragon disappears. Vegita is about to kill the three when Frieza arrives. He faces off with Vegita and they are even. However, Frieza transforms into a powerful form with almost power 1 million. The gang have their work cut out yet Frieza toys with them. He decides to take out kyrllin and digs a horn into his stomach. Kryllin falls into the see. Gohan is so mad that he fires a huge energy blast which knocks down Frieza. He however gets up and attacks Gohan. He is stopped by a masenko disk cutting off Friezas tail. Frieza is mad and Kryllin annoys Ftieza by messing around within. He flies back to Vegitas side who points at Gohan and Deinde. Deinde heals Gohan and Kryllin says that he diidn't know about that until Deinde healed him. Meanwhile, Picollo finds nail and after finding out Friezas power, he fuses with Nail. They head to Frieza. Gohan Kryllin and Vegita all attack Frieza but it does nothing. Piccolo then arrives! Frieza is easily overpowered by Picollo so he transforms into an even more powerful form and crushes Picollo. He then decides to make his final transformation and becomes amazingly powerful. Vegita tells Kryllin to hit him really hard and when Vegita falls down, he is healed by Deinde. Vegita says he's a super saiyen and he fires a huge blast. Frieza manages to knock it away and then klls Vegita. Just before Vegita dies, Goku arrives and Vegita tells him to lose his kind heartedness and kill Frieza. Frieza finds Goku to powerful so he tells him that he is using 1% of his power and he powers up to 50%! Goku is unable to do anything so he uses a spirit bomb. Frieza realises and tries to stop Goku but Picollo steps in and stops him. Goku then uses the bomb which hits Frieza and seemingly kills him. Goku and Picollo only just survive and Gohan adn Kryllin are really to see them. They then see that Frieza has survived and are mad. He fires a blast at Goku but Picollo pushes him out of the way being hit himself and almost dying. He then kills Kryllin. Goku becomes so mad that he becomes a super saiyen. He tells Gohan to get Bulma and go back to the ship with Picollo. Frieza is overpowered by Goku so he tries to become 100%. Goku doesn't stop him befcause he wants a fair fight. Meanwhile, at King Kais, Yamacha and Chowzu and Tien are met by the Ginyu force. They somehow manage to beat them. Friezas gets 100% yet can't beat Goku so he decides to blow up the planet. The bomb will go off in 5 minutes. Goku is distracted and Frieza kills him. Gohan realises and instead of taking off, he goes back and tries to hold off Frieza so that he's caught in the blast. King Kai devises a plan and first calls the dragon of earth and wishes everyone back to life who was killed by frieza. He then sends Deinde to wish everyone off the planet except Goku and frieza. Goku, alive again is stronger being a saiyen and he defeats Frieza. He however doesn't kill him and gives him some enrgy to survive.
