NEW RUMOURS The mysterious new strategy/rpg game made by an unknown company won't be finished for quite some time. However, it is supposed to be for computer what Zelda:The Orcana of Time is for the N64! The second Austin Powers movie entitled Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me is supposed to be released June '99!The new movie still stars Mike Myers and will also have new characters. The plot: As far as I know, Austin Powers has to be sent back to the 60's to fight Dr.Evil. For you Star Wars fans...Lucasarts is in the making of the fourth installement to the X-Wing game series. The new game is entitled X-Wing Alliance and is due out in the first quarter of 1999! For the first time, you will be able to not only pilot Han Solo's Mellenium Falcon, but be able to control it's quad laser canon turret, however, rumours that you'd be able to pilot Boba Fett's Slave 1 turned out to be untrue. Although Slave 1 is out, the new Imperial craft are in the works with something called The Secret Weapons of the Empire. For more Star Wars news...The new Star Wars movie entitled the Phantom Menace has an approximately 2 min. trailer finished. I don't have it on my website but if you missed the preview in the theaters, you can catch the trailer on the net at: http://www.starwars.com/ An unknown company is in the midst of creating a thrilling new strategy/rpg game that will blow all others away! There is said to be a Lord of the Rings movie coming soon with an all star cast, with Sean Connery as Gandalf!I'm guessing that Warwick Davis will be in it as either Bilbo or Frodo and that guy from Conan: The Television Series will be in it as Sam Gamgee. Another movie that is supposedly coming is a Final Fantasy 7 movie. I'm not sure if it will be computer animated or not but it's sure to be good. A Tomb Raider movie is supposed to be coming soon. I don't have any information on it yet, but it should be pretty cool. Carmen Elektra is supposedly going to star as Sarah Pezzini/Witchblade in an upcoming Witchblade t.v. series. Wesly Snipes has signed a new contract to do a sequal to his hit summer movie Blade. It should be here in the next few years. |
