MATRIX
This Months Feature Movie

This is where I post up a movie that I feel is deserving enough to be the "Feature Movie". This site will change hopefully about every month or so.

After about three months of waiting, I have finally seen Matrix, and I was not disappointed. Awhile ago, I first took notice of The Matrix after seeing the movie poster. I know you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but I did. I concluded that this was not a movie to be missed, and I was right.

For those of you who want to know what exactly the Matrix is, you have to listen to Morpheus' words, "No one can be told what the Matrix is, You have to see it for yourself". Now that might not satisfy you, so I'll right a brief story outline, or even better, you can watch the movie.

Keanu Reeves plays a computer programmer for a major corporation by day, but by night, he is a compter hacker named Neo. Neo, as thought by Morpheus (Laurence Fishburn), is the "Chosen One", the man who will destroy the Matrix, and free mankind. The Matrix, as far as I can tell, is the world that was computer engineered to enslave humanity. The real world, is long since destroyed by the creation of artificial intelligence. The robots created by man are now bent on destroying man, who they consider a virus. A few people have become "unplugged" from the Matrix, and are trying to save humanity, among them are Morpheus, Trinity, Cypher, and Tank. Together they bring the "Chosen One" to the real world, where he can save them.

Keanu Reeves has finally done a movie since "Johnny Mnemonic" bombed, but this completely makes up for it!
