| 1. No TOSing what so ever. If you have a problem with anyone in the federation (including me), only talk to me. We will settle it alone 2. If you have a question, comment, or want to quit, give me an Instant Message or email only me. The members of the PcWa have enough mail already. They don't need junk. 4. Please do not complain about losing a match or anything in the PcWa. Also, if you loose a match, who cares? Try harder next time. If your still mad, only talk to me, and I will be happy to explain the reason you lost. 5. Anyone in the PcWa that does not have an appication filled out, will not be able to participate untill this is done. I like to keep things in order, and that's how I'm going to do it. 6. Have fun.
