Marvalene Pankey, who, of course, is not even MARVALENE VINOTA PANKEY as U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft's HOME DISTRICT, Springfield, Mo., criminal case number 00-03084-01-CR-S-AE file says, on April 16, 2001 was given a copy of a non specific summons by U.S. Postal Inspector Jay J. Bruner, who later signed the return form as if from the U.S. Marshal's Service. The summons served gives no details of what crime she supposedly committed noting only she is to appear in Ashcroft's controlled home district court June 18, 2001 at 9:30 a.m. for a violation of Title 39 USC 401, 403(b)(e),which is the authority for there to be a post office.
A review of the case file notes that a summons was initially issued November 15, 2000 at some unknown time, by U.S. Magistrate James C. England and filed with the U.S. Marshal's Service at 5:28 a.m. November 15, 2000 and never filed with the U.S. District Court until January 4, 2001 at 12 noon. That summons ordering an appearance December 13, 2000 states Brief description of offense: On or about August 4, 2000, in Cedar County, in the Western District of Missouri, defendent knowingly did impede and disturb a United States Postal Clerk, while he was engaged in his official duties, be creating loud and unusual noise and by striking him with a box, in violation of Title 39, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 232.1(e) and Title 39, United States Code, Sections 401 and 403(b)(3). The back is signed by R. Bradford English, U.S. Marshal dated 12/13/00 by deputy U.S. Marshal L. Nunce (sp?) DU5M (?) And under remarks the following notations:
11/27/00-Attempted service. No one home. LDN 164 miles RT.
12/7/00-Contacted El Dorado Springs, Mo. Police. There has been no activity at the residence since 11/27/00.
12/12/00-Still no activity at the residence. Pankey mailed her water bill from K.C.Mo.
Not only was the stalking continuing that had been the subject of valid complaint against the postal service employees and the local police; obviously lies were being used to develop a profile as if there were something wrong with not being home 24/7 or following a pattern of being home a certain time. Marvalene Pankey had not been to KC during the time period thus no utility bill should have even had a KC postmark, but had she mailed it from KC certainly should not have been a crime nor should anyone have had a right to be giving out information as to where it was mailed from.
Major crime obviously getting the magistrate and U.S. Marshal's out to issue the summons initially at 5:28 a.m. Or major plans for the torture and total disappearance of Marvalene Pankey who had exposed too much truth and certainly knew too much about vote fraud and might stand in the way of John Ashcroft-Roy and Matt Blunt and George W. Bush's international organized criminal machines.
Amazingly the courthouse was closed due to a blizzard on the appointed day for the court appearance in December, 2000, that apparently would have gone on as planned had FEDERAL CRIMINAL Marvalene Pankey not been obviously HIDING and EVADING THE LAW since on December 10, 2001 she was elected State Chairperson of The Reform Party of Missouri at a public meeting in Columbia, Mo. and for a week surrounding December 12, 2000, which was the last day supposedly service was attempted on that summons, she was diligently going over each and every packet the Mo. election authorities submitted to Mo. Secretary of State, Bekki Cook, for the 2000 votescam. Marvalene Pankey spent virtually an entire week researching in the main office of the secretary of state in the Mo. State Capitol and including conversations with Governor Wilson's legal counsel and others around the office and capitol.
January 26, 2001 at a more normal time of 5:38 p.m. the U.S. Marshal's Service received a new summons issued by Deputy Clerk Glenda Elayer for Clerk P.L. Brune at some unknown time January 26, 2001 and filed with the court May 4, 2001. This one ordered a March 22, 2001, 9:30 a.m. appearance and states the crime as violation of Title 39, United States Code, Sections, 401 and 403(b)(e) and the brief description, "Impeding a postal clerk."
No signed return, but under remarks: Attempted service 1/30/01, no one home. LDN.
Also attemped (sic) service in Vernon and Barton Co., 242 miles, RT. And separately this same summons also appears in the files, but not filed with the court and on the back, "Returned unexecuted:
Unable to locate for service. Attempted service on 2/2/01, 2/14/01, 2/27/01 and 3/7/01." Returned 3/22/01 R. Bradford English, U.S. Marshal by Deputy U.S. Marshal L. Nance. The summons that was served was issued by U.S. Magistrate England, who is claiming to serve as judge and jury for this bogus criminal case, ON Saturday March 24, 2001 and does not give any description of the offense whatsoever. The clerk's office refused to sell a copy of that particular summons thus Marvalene Pankey does not known when the U.S. Marshal's service reported receipt nor when it was filed with the court as the copy served did not state either.
The majority of the days they have claimed to attempt service Marvalene Pankey was at home and no one came to the door trying to serve anything. Again the summons for June 18, 2001 does not state what the crime was supposed to be and was served by the U.S. Postal Inspector, who has admitted he left his business card in my mailbox August 9, 2000 within hours of my having been declared the winner of the contested Reform Party Mo. primary for secretary of state, and who has admitted he also brought to Marvalene Pankey's home a State of Mo. MENTAL HEALTH COORDINATOR. (Postal Inspector Bruner stated he brought the mental health coordinator with him to my home because "we felt you might be inside".)
Bruner reported the U.S. Marshal's Service had attempted service of the summons he served on April 16, 2001 a couple of time previously. Add two to the EIGHT other claims of attempted service, including to somewhere in Vernon and Barton counties, and minimums of 164 miles each, the U.S. taxpayers have been gouged mega dollars (minimum of 1640 miles) for this alleged $50 fine AND/OR 30 days in jail NON CRIME filed as a FEDERAL CRIME. Has anyone awakened YET that his is not about any real incident at the El Dorado Springs, Mo. USA post office. It is about the Republican Party continuing to stalk Marvalene Pankey just as they did in the parades and with her mail during the campaign in USA Selection 2000 and their intent to fully to silence her permanently.
Special notation--->
I, Marvalene Pankey, submitted to the U.S. District Court of John Ashcroft's HOME AREA, Springfield, Mo. under special visitation (since the summons is not addressed to me) motions in lieu of personal appearance and asking for dismissal or in the least a continuance. http://www.maxpages.com/pankey2000/silencing2000
